palm pre is a veryy awesome phone but without video recording which is bad i hope i will come in asia on a free carrier choice. but how can u type when on landscape mode while on net browsing but its rumored release date is 15 march hope it releases . its too good.

TOM, 28 Feb 2009so this phone is cdma,,or gsm phone.....this is a GSM phone, which is why its on this site (gsmarena.com). This phone is going to be a potential iphone killer due to the fluid motion of the UI and of course the amazing capacitive touch screen. I'm looking forward to seeing this thing in action.

The O.S. seems slow. 4 seconds for opening a app is 3 too many. Any specs on the processor?

This is the best phone I have ever seen! It's amazing. Yes I'm an iPhone fan, and yes the iPhone has a lot of free apps. However, the Palm has a full qwerty keyboard + the touch screen is as responsive as the iPhone's. Can't wait to see it, hopefully it's not going to be too expensive.

I'm sure they will add video recording to the features soon, not that hard to implement.

yeah this phone is better than the iphone hardware-wise...but are there going to be as many applications for this as the iphone?
