i have a treo 600 which is now a white elephant on my dresser this phone has been given me problems since i got it it freezes anytime th weatherchanges and now it wont charge anymore because the battery run out totally before charging and now it wont even come on . so i have it lying on my dresser for show . unbelieverble. i really loved my treo anyone can help me please do thanks

i have my treo 600 but until now i cannot used it because its lock,my friend gave me this phone but its useless.well i can say that until now its just a display.

The screen of my Treo 600 started getting a BRIGHT ORANGE 'blob' at the top centre of the screen. Then over the next few days, it grew like an ameoba and now its a (almost) round dot about 10 mm in diameter.
Anyone experience this? What can I do? Its out of warranty so the dealer wouldn't help. PLEASE HELP.

I have had my unlocked Treo 600 for 1 year now (price then here in Denmark $300.00) and I have to say, that it´s simply the best phone I have ever had. Calender, memo, E-mail, Camera (Could be better) large phonebook etc. it simply got all I need and after a year of using I must say, that I would be totally lost with out it, I think I will be upgrading to the new Treo 680, despite it´s spec. Treo rocks.

I have been using Treo 600 for the last one and half years and i like the functions very well and it is very user friendly.I have used 270 prior to this and was happy and i defenitly recomend TREO 600.A very good and very useful TOY.

Hi, Can someone give me a genuine advice since i am saving all the money to buy 600.it is 2 years old and hence i can afford it..but my fav is 650...anyways...the big disadvantage in this fone is that it does not have Blue tooth..but it does have SD slot..Does anyone know what is the maximum capacity of SD card that can be inserted in the phone...and also i have read a lot about hang ups...does this fone really hang up so much? apart from bluetooth and a cheap camera ( which i dnt want anyways) what are the real drawbacks of this fone? I think this fone looks awesome and the rapper Nelly owns one and even flashes it in one of the videos...

i have this phone from 3 month but i dont know how i can down lode new softerware i that.
i copy some softerware in my sd card but that not shown in my mobil so pls help me out hoe i can downlode mp3 player or ohter soft. in that mobile pls

Maybe you try the Hard Reset thing.It always works but what do you mean up & running or is it just the screenpad backlight? If it is-there's a button to ON it -refer to Manual-this Treo takes time to get used to-cheers.

Hi. Can anyone give me advise on how to get my Palmone Treo 600 up and running again. It only lights up when you I put it on charge. Tried to reset it but still the same problem. Pls assist.

my best phone ever. got a poor camera resolution, and no blue tooth but i didnt buy this phone for those reason. i love the functionalities. i love the style. i love my treo

i love my palm treo 600.. i have a video record on my treo after i downloaded it in ??? i forget the site! but the video record is nice except when you are going to take video in low light condition.. my only complaint is that the "4096 colors" but other features works well! i recommend this pda phone mostly on the 1st time user of a pda phone.. its easy to use... loves it!

I had this phone, and I got it for free and still feel like I paid too much for it. This phone sucks! Bottom line, I I can't even began where to start, I would not recommend this phone to a kindagartener, and do not pay attention to that picture of that model Treo, the pictures are so lame, Do Not Get This Phone.

Had this phone for a year. Generally speaking, its ok.
Pros:
Friendly OS.
Easy to figure out after a bit.
Graphics decent speed.
Can handle most usual functions.
Aluminum casing is nice.
Classy design.
Customer service tries at least to help.
Cons:
Lousy ringtone.
Lousy voice clarity.
OS can't work with MS apps, unless you other apps, and that cost money.
Can't install every palm apps on it, gotta check first.
Browser is kinda strange, won't take in java.
Too heavy!
No bluetooth.
Battery is enclosed, and gets overcharged and overclocked easily.
All in all, I would give it an 8 on a 1-10 scale for PDAs of its time, but only a 3 as a phone.
