i got this phone since 2005 and it work well. there're some difficulties: gprs blueetoth with XP, keypad freeze so you must push the restar button and the worst thing, it restarting itself. i tried many software, then finally i use the standard software to support my work. Push email is good (you must buy the sw versamail 3.5, treo 650 is using older version without push email). does anyone hve same experience that the phone restarting itself, the stability is under questions.

Message writing capacity on my Treo 650 is of only 160 characters after 160 characters im unable to write further i want to know that how to increase this capacity please help

I gotta say the treo 650 is a kick-ass phone. theres a few things that I don't like about it but most of those things can be fixed with a third-party application, which is what makes the 650 such a cool phone, (all the downloadable aplications). all-in-all this phone rocks harder than any other out there.

i just bought a palm treo and it's good. the camera is very clear and the video is just ok... but it is hard to pair it with the bluetooh devices, why???? the screen is crisp and bright. all in all, this smart phone is good. 7 out of 10!

for dtae transferring there is no need to use cable hotsync, card reader will do. And for free software hudreds of free software can be downloaded from palm website for free. if you want to know such website you can mail me at jevlin_1208@HOTMAIL.COM

Hi all Palm Treo 650 users please help I dont have hot sync cable so is this possible to transfer software on memory card and then install it from phone directly

For the below user....
For transfering music files into the palm u must have the real player installed on ur system. when u perform the sync operation both devices the computer and palm must have the real player opened. In real player on ur computer select now playing--> burn/transfer-->select ur device--> drag the music files into the realplayer window-->apply right click on the music files select start transfer...:) that's it.

Hi im a really confused 650 user. I want to put music onto my phone from my computer. I have the HotSync, and the memory card ready to go. But i have no idea where to go from there. I've tried to put music into the Quickinstall but nothing is compatible. What do i do? Please hepl me!!!

My first impression about the phone - when I got in my hand - Wow - awesome phone ... that was a few days ago! Now I am bogged down with a problem of "keypad not working". The keypad of my 650 just refuses to work. Can anyone just help me with this problem - I feel very helplessly - it is as good as no phone for me. Aprpeciate a quick response from the Gurus - I need help ! You could reply on my email too - any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

HI,
I have been using this phone from past 6 months. From few days the speaker button is not appearing when i make a call with out ear phones inserted, but still i am able to make a call but only incoming voice is coming, other side person is unable to hear my voice. when i insert the ear phones when i make a call the call getting disconnected.
can anybody tell me what can be the reason and what is the solution.

poor quality, i had to change 4 different phone till i got one that finally work. They now have switched to Microsoft operating system, why should i buy a new one when i can have a blackberry? Palm you had the market, you are loosing it by doing your QC with your customers!!!!!
