Hi All, Heard frm a fren tht palm has launched a new model in US - Treo 700w in the US and will be launching a similar model in Singapore soon. Heard thts its cool n most functions are accessable with much shorter steps... Any idea what model or any specification avail ??

I've read most of the comment here, and i think most of friends here didn't know what is the true capability of the Treo. They didn't know what phone they truly need. If you have Treo, it means that you're already have an allround mobile phone. it's true that there're pro's and cons ( didn't all mobile phone did?). I have Treo 650 and it never let me down. If you want megapixel, buy a camera, if you want wifi, buy a true PDA, if you had bad reception, blame your provider, and if you want everything, buy a computer store...;-)

Is there anybody that can help me with synchronisation to a laptop? It runs and syncs everything except Calender with Outlook. I have changed the settings to include this and set it to default, but it changes the setting by itself.

Bugginess of the operating sytem?? In my opinion (which is only my opinion), it is more stable than your Windows Mobile devices :-) I absolutely LOVE my Treo 650 :-) Can't wait for the Treo 750!!!!!

Great phone, after having used Sony Ericcson's P500, this is definately an upgrade.
One little frustartion is the inability to sms Address Book items, i.e. you have to copy/paste the number from your address book to your message screen.
But apart from that this phone is a winner.

There is coming a New PalmOs Phone. It will not have an antenna, and will be a smaller and thinner smartphone. It is going to have 3g features to. It will have a unusuall low price ;)

needs a fm transmiter in it so u can play mp3s on your radio with no cords! otherwise its mint.

i have a query, whether it is possible to sync the phone with the pc via bluetooth.
also whether i can synchronise the email on the pc and the phone during the synchronisation process?

this phone is one hell of a toy for the bigboys.....hey ! "eyin temi..my people make una try am out" it doing the job.i'll recommend it

I was thinking of getting the 650 but will it work with my vodafone blackberry sim and will I get my emails instantly or have to call up to download them like other phones?

I had the Treo 650 with verizon and i loved it because its windows based but it got poor reception i had to walk out in the driveway to get one bar but since i swiched to cingular i had to get the 650 and honesly i like it better and i get atleast 4 bars at all times..so its not the phone its the carrier u got..

I just want to know how can i put a mp3 ringtone in my treo 650, i allready have mp3 in my phone but i can't send it to my tones so i can't hear when my phone ring.Sorry about my english.

I've had the Treo 650 for almost 2 years now. Great PDA and long battery life. Was not a great as a phone since my ear kept hitting the reset key until I bought the Plantronics Discovery 640 Bluetooth Headset. Great accessory and now I can place and receive calls without any problem.
