I am from India and I have had this phone since last one year. Frankly no complains (thought there has been technological up-gradation in the market but that's fine) I have 2 issues with the phone.
1. when i got this phone, I was able to see the attachment from my emails and also send and receive them with ease. since last 2 months, I have not been able to open any attachment and also not been able to send any emails (receiving emails is fine)
2. I was using Palm Treo 680 previously, with both the phones, there is a network issue. When I'm in home network it works fine. When I'm in roaming i can receive the calls bt i cannot make any calls. I checked with my service provider also and from their end its all fine. I inserted my SIM card in other phone while roaming, and it works fine.
Can anyone help me with my problem?

i have bought this phone two days ago because i was sure it has 528mhz processor reading this specifications. but it is unable to play full xvid dvix without additional compression. you should change this !!!

processor data not correct. it has 400mhz processor. shame on you.

fishburne, 14 Mar 2011how to do a master reset? on a palm proto do master reset, just remove the battery then keep pressing the red button on the right and reinsert the battery in the same time while you are pressing the red button. A window will appear asking you to make master reset then select yes or no.

hold the END CALL button (red - right side of phone)
Insert battery while holding button
you will be prompted for a master reset. press UP on the dpad to confirm

at home screen enter:

click menu -> reset -> yes
