I was just wondering I have had this phone fo 3 days and my phone is making this static noise everytime it rings I can not hear my ring tone at all but if im talking on the phone I can hear them fine even put them on speaker if anyone knows what might be the problem could you guys help me out thanks.

may i ask how much space is needed for the mp3 when it is in the wav file coz the capacity of the memry card is vex low...........thnx

setup Untra MP3, unless u can't read MP3. if u want, pm me, i ll send u this software

the ultra MP3 software sucks! i've tried using it with my nokia 7650, 6600, 3650, 6260, 3230, and it sucks. mp3 players for symbian software needs improvement. if you're looking for mp3 phones try sony ericsson, nokia Nseries and motorola. they're good at it!

you have to install a mp3 software on this phone as because it doesn't have a built in one.The name of the software is Ultra Mp3

when ever i try to transfer mp3 to the phone it converts to wav. The quality sucks. And if it doesn't convert to wav the phone can't read the mp3. What can i do? thanks

The X800 has the symbian OS which allows you to install OggPlayer or an MP3 Player and it _does_ play mp3's

I am looking at getting a new phone I like the symbian os because of the third party software but I also like the stereo speakers of E1 ROKR could anyone please advise me as to which choice I should make and is this a girls phone cheers

I was trying to run ETI Camcorder 2 on my panasonic but it only made it freeze.. and this app is designed for symbian 7 and up so wtf? can anyone tell me?

I love the Panasonic X800, it is very nice and the 1 touch button is great. I feel I have to clean the phone very time I hold it leaves finger prints all over the cover. I wish there were more x-covers and downloads for it.
