this phone is great if you know how to use it (lyk all) but the only bad thing is that it only transfers things from the outside to the inside nd not the other way around...for example if you start txting while its open you cant close it nd finish but it can do the opposite...

the back comes off way to easily and theres no siganture :[ total rating 7.5

There is no signature which i hate, it drops calls, to end a call you have to unlock it befor you anser, to get a picture you have to have the internet, it sometimes vibrates for no reason, but i love the disign if only the front was a full color touch screen

This phone is so big and it's getting annoying to open up the phone to get to use it. Trust me you'll like it now but soon you'll not like it any more.

you have to have internet to send/receive pictures on your phone.

HELP!!!
I just got this phone and it wnt let me send pictures to my facebook or anything. Everytime i try and send it, its says "message failed to send..will try again later." I cant recieve pictures either!!
Does anyone know how i can send pictures?!

okei you know when you have a txt and some phone have a little lite that blinks that lets you know you have a txt?..like the blackberry..does this phone have that?

yesterday it wouldnt let me send any messages even though i had perfect signal and it wouldnt let me even open the message box witch really got me mad so then i had to wait for a half an hour than turn it back on. the messaging on the phone confuses me but i like the overall look of the phone

I got this phone last october. i loved it then. but then the back started coming of alot. i called pantech and they said they would call me back but they didnt. i have spoke to many people at pantech and none of them called me back. when i would be on a call and want to hang up i would have to open the phone up to end the call. when i get a txt message sometimes it will randomly freeze. it will vibrate and i wont get anything and then it will vibrate again and i will get something. i am very annoyed with this phone

couple a things, 1. no there is no actual signature setting. 2. to hang up using the touch screen u have to unlock it b4 the call is made/answered. 3. the flimsy cases it comes with really arent all that reliable, they just keep the face scratch free. you can get a reliable case from wally world for pretty cheap tho. im not sure if there r any specifically for the impact but i managed to find one that fits it pretty well. all in all, its a good phone, u just gotta kno how to use it. i give it a 7.5/10
