I like this phone, but it drop calls very bad. Also I lost the bck to the phone, every where i have went do not have this phone accessories in stock. This is the only drawback.

this phone is very unique. I don't have it yet but the pictures and features are very awesome and because of what i see i surly know that i'm gonna by one :)

i love this phone but the only thing i dont like is how i cant have a signature. otherwise i say people should get this phone.

Mary, 03 Jan 2010Im fixin to buy this phone i think it looks nice but before... morethis phone is great i just got it sunday,&&_ilove it but the battery kind of dies fast, but it'll last thru the day. i love it. && if you want a signature you have to make a template then from there so on. i would say get it(:

Fellow phone junkies,
I forgot to mention that the numbers on the internal keypad on this phone needs to be relocated. No company should ever place the number keys as close to the FUNCTION KEY as was done on this phone.
It's just not functional. The number keys need to be moved as far to the right as possible.

Fellow phone junkies,
I've been watching the quality of phones this company has been putting out for the public. I must say that the IMPACT, MATRIX PRO, MATRIX and the DUO are the top four designs this company makes. Screen resolution, memory, camera, WINDOWS MOBILE, and PHYSICAL PHONE DESIGN(very strong quality for Pantech) will be the key to the success for these phones.
I must say that the IMPACT is a great addition to the Pantech phone line.
This phone is a excellent step forward.

No, the option T9 on the external screen is impossible. it's a downside to people.
No, you cannot have a signature on this phone.

I just got this phone for Christmas. The back that coveres the battery won't stay on. Its thin plastic & wont snap on like it should.

about to buy this phone. pantec has more balls than sony ericsson lately which i have previously had about 5 of there phones and love but seems they can't release new phones for the holidays like all the other companies or is this att's doing??
