I like my phone,but I don't know many thinks abaut him
1.why I can't receive or send MMS?
2.why I can't receive songs by infrared?
3.when I open my phone,after it been closed,I receive an SMS.In this SMS,I know I receive one,two.three...calls,OK.But in SMS is just the number,and I don't know the person who call.why and can I fix this?

philips phone's compatible devices such as data cable,irda are not available in market but why?

I bought mine from an philips store....I have it for 2 years and I`m proud of it
still...it`s a bit too silent when it rings but it`s oke :)

I can't believe anyone could still buy this phone! Its one of the worst phones ever! I've had it for almost 2 years. Even do its cheap its still not worth buying. The moment I changed this phone was a blessing. You don't have to look at the camera or the sending capabilities to see its a bad phone. The sound is bad, the reseption is worst, all basic functions are bad. I basicaly had to smash the phone on the table to make it work. This happened every time someone called me. The only good thing I have to say about the 362 is that it looks good in my opinion.

I am frustrated with this phone. Its sound quality is poor.Picture quality is bad. Internet connectivity is poor. Its a bad phone. I do not recommend it.

the quality of the camera is very baaaadd...,ive been using this phone for almost one year,,,, now it was dead..it also took me a thousand pesos in order to repair the phone..then the wap services is not file supported, i cant able to accept mms from the operator...then the picture quality was so disappointing..it makes me shy when i once gave my friends picture to him,it looks like the picture was shock...and malformed so for those who can read this,,,,,,,DONT BUY THIS PHONE !!!!!!

Flash! in order to recive pictures or sounds, u must first activate irda! For sending as u have seen it's not necesary to do this.

Been using it for almost two years and can't complain much. It's light and embossed buttons makes it easy to use even for a person with big fingers. Battery life is good (5-days practical standby) and those complaining about it not being the full 400h should know that these times are theoretical battery tech time, in practice the max life is about half that on any phone.
Photo quality is low, alarm max volume is also quite low. Flash can be used at flashlight. Menu is easy to use.
IR works well and it's no hassle to install MIDP applications (remember to install both IR drivers, phone drivers and phone software from Philips site).

the problem of this phone is that it is too slow in loading WAP Access.. and it is not software supported in browsing files..

the only problem of this phone is the delay, when you push the answer button and you hear the voice after 1,5 seconds!

i bought this phone about 2 month ago. at first this device work in very good condition but now its worse. i cant sent the pic by irda. but im still can receive any item by irda. secondly this phne not support the mp3 download 4mat. my suggestion is could someone create new software for this model even jus for mp3 sofware formt.

i bought this phone ... and i was happy about it but the sofware for the webcam has fallen. so it doesnt't work anymore ... i will have to get it to repaired. and i will tell you if it will work better then !
