yep! bought this phone last night and i am happy about my choiche. the screen has great colors and if u set the light at maximum and the contrast at #2 u wont belive how nice it shows and it will not fad in the sun at all !
the IrDA its ok and its fully functional ! the design it`s excellent , the torch is very usefull in darck places. sadly most of midi`s sound is low , so dont expect to sound like a SE or NOKIA. It has a lot of fun inside! and for this price ... i tell u: is a good choiche.
i wonder how much the bat wil last ? hope (because its new) about 5-6 days

I bought this thepephone 5 days ago...but i am very disapointed....the battery lasts for 2-3 days...and the picture quality is very baaaad ...

teoreticly, the batery should last 400 h stand by an 6 hours of talk, but my philips's batery is off after 2-3 days(48-72h -that's not even close). i bought this phone for it's autonomy but i got disapointed.

I bought this phone from Orange on 05.May.2006 and today (05.July.2006) while I was searching in phone book it shut off and doesn't starts. It's the most stupid phone I ever had: Problems with Alarm clock, Sounds, Battery, low quality photos, display has missing colors, the menu is for children and many others ...

I just bought the mobile 2 days ago , I like its model , stylish but it is too small in my grip. It is cheap compare to the feature that it had, I am trying to see the battery life time as it was bought two day ago. So far the bar batt indicator is still full stack .Nice

I am finding it difficult to complete the internet satting in my philips 362 phone, please i want you to give me a clear direction on how to active my phone so that i can be accessing the internet on my phone.

I bought a Philips 362 GSM phone last month. I have been taking photos since I got it. However, I have a problem with the phone.It is not possible to transfer the photos which I take. I got a USB infrared port but I couldn't transfer my photos.Because of lacking of the driver,I think. Could you please tell me how to get the driver from the internet? Thanks for your help...

In order to synchronize it with your computer via infrared you need the soft (which came along with your ph) and an infrered receiver connected to your computer. To configure it for mms and gprs go on the philips site and they will send you an sms that automaticaly introduces the settings. Good luck

i like the phone very much...i enjoyed the features...though sometimes it gets dark when taking pictures...i have a question,how can i activate my MMS and GPRS?i can't receive pics and tones...i already tried to register to 211 but they replied that my handset model can't be found...pls reply asap...thanks a lot

Considering the price it's a great phone..no doubt.Battery is superb, better than Nokia.
Ringtones are not very good...
Actually I've a question....
HOW CAN I TRANSFER PICS FROM MY PH.362 TO PC...OR PC TO MY PHONE USING IRDA? WHICH SOFTWARE IS NEEDED FOR THAT & WHERE I CAN GET?

Thanks Springle, I got it and downloaded it. For everyone else, it's on the Philips site under support (if you click on this page the Manual link under the phone picture it will take you there) then search for the Philips 362 and click on the appropriate results and there will be a software and driver link available on the left menu. Now I use it with an IR USB adapter (you can find it at any PC store), since here phone USB cables are unavailable.
