The soft&driver u can find it right here, Manual, type then the philips362 and then u will see in the left side of ur screen writen software and drivers, press there and there u are .

I recently got one and I found it to be a very good phone (good picture quality, good features for the price, very good navigation, feels ok, battery life is great). What dissapointed me a little was the sound volume which is quite low and with poor signal you may end up not hearing the other person even if the connection holds (also you may miss the phone ringing while traveling).
I wish there was a software pack for connecting to a PC. The IR port is very handy, eliminating the need for cables and such but I still need the connection software and seem unable to find it.

I like this phone, though I wish the battery life can be more than just 3 days max (well it probably has to do with the network conditions in Indonesia too I suppose). Pictures from the camera is a bit dark I think, not as clear n bright as you can get from Samsung or SE (thus it doesn't really dazzle me as the ad said), but otherwise they're still fine. The screen is also a little dark in the bright light, so it kinda a disadvantage and makes it hard to view what the camera picks up when taking pictures in broad daylight. Everything else is ok, it's still one of value for money. I'm eager to try other coming Philips mobiles, especially the 960.

perfect phone for me. it sleeps while i sleep and weaks up as i get up in the morning. its battery life is very remarkable. i bought it 5 days ago and would you believe that up to now its battery have 3 bars left.

It is a good mobile. What do u want more for this price ? The camera is little.... hmmm ..so and so, but if u know how to handle it is perfect

In POLAND it`s in middle-class phone; but it have one good:phone make good photo :)and it cost (in ORANGE) only 10 euro

A few weeks ago my alcatel ot 355 died ... I went to the shop and with 20 $ difference i changed it with this awesome philips ....

I have had the phone for ca. 2 weeks. Battery is the real advantage of 362. Unfortunately, I have only 1 java game (quite poor). Does anyone know internet site where java games/applications for the phone can be downloaded?

I tried it today and was dissapointed by one thing - sound is VERY quiet. Of course, I've set ringer volume to maximum. It is hardly heard in zipped jacket's pocket (even indoors). Vibra is average so it doesn't help much.

This phone is great and it cost only 70$ in Romania. I have it for 2 months and it's ok. Only if it had video cam !!! I have 20 java games instaled and are great. In rest it's ok.

It surely is rather cheap phone but it's very nice. What does "it doesn't have anything" mean? It has quite a lot of useful functions. It doesn't take perfect pictures- so what? It is not a camera, for God's sake. I agree that phones are made for calling. It is very nice if they have special features, but they're still just mobile PHONES. If anyone wants to take extraordinary pics and show off, then ... buy a Konica Minolta 5D. This one is perfect for taking pictures. However, it is impossible to give a call with it...!!!

This phone are very good. It knows to make many things. And the price is very low in Romania in comparison with another phones.

i don not know but i want buy there phon becouse it is beautiful i am from poland and in my country we dont have there phone i black or red colour we hawe also silver and it is not a good idea from us please send me if i write this later for problems !!!!!!!!!!!

The phone is quite okay, I bought it in China. Too bad there's no blue of this type. I've trouble learning how to download musics or pics into or out of my 362; does anyone know?
