Great little phone, Owned on once and want another, got all I look for in a phone :)
No need for bluetooth, No need for an MP3 player, the screen despite being only 65k colours is very sharp :) loved it

Its a bogus mobail phone. Nothing its features works well. and its software and cable also dosent work properly. So b careful

My Philips 568 has started giving problem since yesterday. It is not starting. I have charged the cell fully,but when i press the on off switch on the right, it displays the startup scean but as i leave the button it gets switched off again.
I tried it again, it get switched in for few seconds and shows searching for EMIE or EMEI no and gets switched off again ... Help help me .. Let me know any service center for Philps Mobiles in INDIA...

Hi every body,
I've had my phone for about a year. the only time it gave me trouble was when the keypad locked and did not function for about some hours. i abandoned it overnight and was pleased to find it perfectly normal the next morning. i said one trouble but there are other problems like:
-my manual is in spanish and i live in nigeria and the official language is english
-my set did not come with an earphone
-i just read about the data cable, i really need that cos i still love my phone and would like to use it for as long as, even if i still buy one with infra-red or blue tooth hi-hi-tech (so i want to know where to buy one in nigeria, port harcourt specifically)
-and the specs i just saw in this site, like 40 polyphonic ringtones, i have 12 default and 5 for composer? the rest come when or how?
-and the demo mode on the menu, is it possible to make a video like that with the special effects?
apart from these the phone is really nice especially the crafting, i have the silver colour and most people still want to have a look at it although its worn now.

READ ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! my 1st handset lasted me only 3 weeks becuse i lost signal and could not txt or call not even 999! the second 1 has lasted me a very long tym but now it keeps freezin my pictures dont work everything keeps tiling and pixelating its driving me insane!!! this phone is ok as long as ur not planning to keep it 4 long a tempory basis would more likely match this phones status tnx!

I left my philips 568 phone on charge over-night.The next morning,when i wanted to switch it on,the background comes on and goes off when you leave the on button.pls tell me what the problem is and how to solve it.

sir i have no data cable. my mobile philips 568 has been infected by virus due to usage of GPRS .i dont have any software.so please give me a site address where i can get my mobile software.

A good phone I must say. This is my second Philips Phone. I'd have like an improvement on the Ringer. Secondly,here, in Nigeria, I cannot have the model configured for WAP/ GPRS. Tell me what to do about this, since I would like to brouse with it. Stay cool everybody!

There is no mobile as bad as it. It has no infraed & blue tooth but a rubbish wap browser. I hate philips.

Hi,
Does anyone know how much the USB data cable for this phone is. I rang Dutchwest and they said £25 but that seems a bit expensive. Does anyone know anywhere else?
