what a shite phone,complete fucking crap. ye im talking to you philips, stick to what you know, and that int mobiles. and you can take that to the bank!!!! i made a big mistake buying this, but it wont happen again. one leaves this phone like one leaves a turd in the crapper. sssshhhhiiiiiiiittttttttee

what a crap phone, looks good and thats all. my screen freezes from time to time and there is very little stuff to dowload from the internet for it. back to nokia next time for me

network signal very poor, on orange network, i changed phone thinking there maybe a fault, but no change.has anyone else experienced this?

i used it for about two months and it deserves to be placed in trash can.unstable software...blaaah...bye philips..better luck next time

I upgraded my phone August 2002 and wish to god I had never picked the fisio 820, it sticks, it never has signal, should have stuck with the reliable nokia that I had before. Good hint - dont get this one!!

most ppl who love this phone didn't own this phone .And ppl who do have them hate this phone , I think this phone not such a good choice .yes it has colour display but now it's not something to be proud of,buy siemens if you Nokia haters don't buy this phillips

NOW HEAR THIS!!!
It looks nice yes.... is light and small..yes. However this phone does have many bad points. I wanted a change from nokia so i went for this one. Hard to get pictures for it. Less customizable than a nokia e.g. can't lower vol of msg's but increase vol of calls. the texting is much more difficult and even when you switch the animations off... it still takes 5 seconds to show you that it's deleted a message. The key lock facility is awful and i wish i'd stayed with nokia now... boo hoo.. 12 months of contract to suffer with this bitch of a phone
