The phone is not at all worth the money.. got this phone three months back by mistake..poor battery..pls don't go for this

I have had this phone for less than a year and have had nothing g but problems. Batter doesn't last. If I leave it on the start up sequence goes off every 10 mins. Difficulty with adding contacts. And other issues. Went to the maplin shop where I purchased it an the couldn't turn off startup sequence

My son brought me this phone for xmas i was so looking forward to a big screen as i have m.s. so it was to be a great pressie wished it was true the battery is sh-t keeps going to silent so can't hear my messages come through half the the time the guide that's with it aye no good you got to download one .they don't give you half the info about the pro's and cons when buying it .we had it from a very good shopping channel where we have quite a bit from . my advice would be don't buy this phone as battery is crap even from the time you get it out the box DISSAPOINTED BIG TIME

I have just got a battery directly from PrestigioPlaza today. It cost £11.00 for the battery and £13:50 for postage from the Chez Republic. But it arrived with me in N Ireland in less than 48 hrs.

I have had this phone for under a year I find the problems are with the battery, also when you put the names in your contacts you have to abbreviate it because there's not enough characters to give you full people's names, the phone was very reasonably priced but very, very, very, disappointing, with the poor battery life, I can't get a replacement battery anywhere so I therefore find that they could've sent a spare with the phone, Im also dissapointed that the phone continually switches itself on and off and is very glitchy, had these problems been sorted out early on before they were disscontinued, this would have been a fantastic phone, but unfortunatley as it is in its current form the phone is a big let down and was sold to me on false pretends, very, very, DISSAPOINTED, DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE, people who bought it should get some sort of REFUND for the inconvenience.

I sent for this 5300 phone last night, and now am reading the reviews and all the what been said is not good> I am a 65 year old lady and i just need a phone that dont give me any trouble and the reviews makes me uncomfortable so I will try and get a refound.

I only have this prestigio dual pap5300 duo for 4 month. I love it, is very nice phone but problem is the battery dont last, now its on a general mode but it doesnt ring... there is no sound at all just vibrating only n its vibration mode is so very very low.... now it makes me wonder! Please help
