He has a defective device but lives in another country where there are no service centers. He can't go to a service center, so there's no solution to his problems.

    Service centers in India & Pakistan always tell you that motherboard needs to be replaced, which is only sometimes true. It's their trick to make extra money.

    Get it checked at least 2 or 3 service center. If they all say it's a motherboard issue, then you might need to opt for it.
    Stop using lose power sockets & damaged chargers/cables to charge your phone. That's how you damage your phone.

So i took it to the service centre only to be told that the motherboard has been damaged and has to be replaced. This is so disheartening to see the motherboard go bad in just 13 months. I have never had any issue like this with any of my phones before.

              My Realme 3 stopped working in 13 months. When i took it to the service centre they let me know that the motherboard is damaged and has to be replaced. They have told that it would cost Rs 5000 to fix the issue. Has anyone else faced this issue? I have read a few reviews on flipkart where people have raised the same issue.

                Only solution to your problem is to go to Realme service center, which you say is not possible, so there's no solution for you here.

                The update is fine. I only installed it yesterday, though.

                  I haven't experienced any "slow" moment in this phone in 1 year, so no clue what you're talking about. For me, it has only become better in 1 year.

                    C14 update downloaded ... Anyone install it yet? Is it safe? Or just more catastrophic realme ui 10 experiences?

                        You can also monitor wake locks with an app to identify the app responsible, but idk which app will let you do that. Maybe Greenify with adb shell.

                          Less free RAM = Better RAM management (as long as your apps don't restart). I can keep PUBG in background for 15+ minutes while I use Facebook, so it's excellent!

                          More free RAM = Kernel MinFree is killing applications aggressively to free up RAM for NO reason.
                          This consumes a lot of battery & kills your apps - causing them to restart.

                          Android Kernel is built to free up RAM when there is "low RAM" & an App "requests more RAM". There is no advantage of freeing up RAM unnecessarily.
                          Only disadvantages, as it costs CPU cycles that drain battery, heat up phone & lower your phone's performance.

                            Realme recent updates consumes too much ram! I have the 3gbs variant but the default or system eats up 2gbs?! Seriously? Even if all programs get stopped it still consumes 2gbs?! Even if you kill/stop the program it will still open up again or it won't affect the ram because it's still the same! 2gbs!

                                Long press on "Power Saving Mode" from notification panel and use App Quick Freeze for all apps, except messaging ones.

                                  How come Realme 3 had 100% positive reviews for 1 year and suddenly fake or irrelevant comments like yours and that bloatware guy are popping up?

                                  Am I being paranoid or some brand/someone is intentionally trying to make this phone look bad?

                                  Regardless, if your Realme X had touch issue, customer center would have fixed it.
                                  It would be a different story if they said "it's not covered in your warranty & you've to pay". But that's not your complaint at all.

Thank you.After update of c.13 the battery has been improved. sot is 7 hours but i do have one issue now when i put my phone at night and it's battery fall almost 10 % which is little panic.. As you all know that I'm color OS 6 it only consume 2'3 % at night but i hope it will be fixed in the next update.

                                      So tell me. Which "Bloatware" is interrupting or slowing down your game? Calculator? Lmao!!

                                      Game Space makes sure that other apps don't interrupt or use much Internet when you play games.
                                      There is only 1 unnecessary app and that's Theme Store, which you'll find in all phones except for Stock Android phones.

                                      Don't blame the phone if you're bad at gaming.
                                      As far as internet is concerned, I get better ping than my friend's iPhone 7 Plus on same WiFi :)

                                        Don't buy any Realme device. Horrible aftersales experience. Once they sale you the device nobody cares if you suffer any issue. My Realme X device touch not working within one year and no one in their team helps me. Please don't waste your time to contact their customer care because they have no technical knowledge at all.
