In my realme 3 pro, when i press no. for call and someone call me (only ringing), my screen automatically goes off. For see my screen, I have to press power bottom. Please give me solution.

New update of the realme 3 pro is bull shit. I would give minus rating for this.camara clarity, charging speed, functioning speed and everything lost....now phone is too bad......am totally disappointed with last updation
