Please help me.
In my realme 3 pro, when i press no. for call and someone call me (only ringing), my screen automatically goes off. For see my screen, I have to press power bottom. Please give me solution.

New update of the realme 3 pro is bull shit. I would give minus rating for this.camara clarity, charging speed, functioning speed and everything lost....now phone is too bad......am totally disappointed with last updation

Just open that link. And follow instruction after download....you can ROLLBACK from android 10 bqck to android 9....
Just install P2Q ( firmaware ) first after succesful install.. just install the Q2P (firmware).... You can be back to android 9 again...

Umi, 12 Apr 2020m using realme 3 pro from last 7 months it was better on co... moreTry to Format your phone after C.O4 UPDATE... total erase all files.... We have same problem after C.04 update from android 9.0....
Make a back up first... JUST SAVE (External STORAGE) if u have SD CARD....before do the formatm just run the new OS ANDROID 10....now you can enjoy the features of new update...
