nick naks, 21 Dec 2020just buy it then we'll see if this phones a good one p... moreI'll break it down simply. For gaming, always go with at least 4GB RAM.

1. For very low budget gaming:
- Chipset should be Snapdragon 660, Helio P60/P70, or Kirin 710.
* PUBGM will run at around 40FPS if you use GFX Tool. Which is quite good.
* But at around 30FPS without GFX Tool, which is playable, but not recommended for fast-reaction-time games.
* Genshin Impact is playable, but on low graphics. Not ideal experience, but okish.
* CODM & Mobile Legends may give you reasonable performance.

2. For budget gaming with good-high performance:
- Chipset should be minimum of Helio G70/G80 (but avoid G85) > Snapdragon 665 > Kirin 710F.
* PUBGM will run at 45-50FPS with GFX Tool.
Around 40FPS without GFX Tool.
* Genshin Impact will run on Medium to Medium-High Graphics without trouble.
* CODM & Mobile Legends will give good performance, and will be playable at Medium to High graphics.

* Infinix Hot 10 is the best phone in this category, where I live. With Helio G70, 6GB RAM, Gyro sensor, & 128GB storage at lowest price.
Cameras are also good enough, including 8MP one. I know 3 people using this phone since months without any complaints (4GB RAM variants).

3. For proper gaming experience, like playing on different Graphics with good-high performance:
- Chipset should be minimum of Kirin 810 > Snapdragon 730G > Helio G90T > Snapdragon 720G, Snapdragon 712 > Snapdragon 710.
* With "weakest chipset", PUBGM will run at 50-60FPS on Low Graphics with GFX Tool.
45-50FPS without GFX Tool.
Around 40-50FPS on Balance, or HD Graphics.
* Genshin Impact will play fine on High Graphics. Maybe not full graphics, but high enough.
* CODM & Mobile Legends will give high performance, and will be easily playable at Medium to High Graphics.
* You may be able to play Fortnite as well.

* Realme 5 Pro is the cheapest phone in this category, where I live. With Snapdragon 712, 4GB RAM, Gyro sensor, and 128GB storage.
Its camera is very good - better than or similar to higher priced phones like Redmi Note 9s, thanks to its camera sensor. It works great with Gcam.

By doing quick maths.(dividing battery capacity per charging time)
                          - redmi note 7; 10w: 28mah/min
                          18w: 32mah/min
                          - zenfone m2; 10w: 29mah/min
                          -realme 3; 10w: 24,8mah/min
You can see that realme is the slowest.

                          Benchmark scores aren't 100% accurate.
By comparing the performance of zenfone max pro m2, realme 2 pro and redmi note 7. All of these have the same processor. Asus is the worst while redmi is best in antutu and gfxbench and realme best in geekbench (that you said it's useless)
                          https://www.gsmarena.com/compare.php3?idPhone1=9410&&idPhone2=9513&idPhone3=9345
Redmi note 9 pro scored better than realme 7 pro (both use sd720g

Your arguments are useless because charging speed has nothing to do with software and benchmark scores aren't 100% accurate.

Search Realme 3 & Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1 charging test.

                            Realme 3 & Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1 have bigger batteries (4230mAh & 5000mAh) than Redmi Note 7 (4000mAh).
So do the math to calculate the % at which they both charge up to 4000mAh. It'll be in same time or less time than Redmi Note 7. Despite charging at nearly half watts & USB port.

                            2. Redmi Note 9s doesn't beat Realme 6 Pro in benchmarks you shared. Don't nitpick in favour of Xiaomi.
I'll copy paste the score: https://m.gsmarena.com/compare.php3?idPhone1=10147&idPhone2=10114#diff-

Redmi Note 9s vs Realme 6 Pro
                            AnTuTu: 254000 (v8) vs 268785 (v8) (Realme 6 Pro performs better)
GFXBench: 15fps vs 19fps (Realme 6 Pro gives higher FPS)
You can also compare multiple GameBench tests where they're tested in same conditions.

Redmi Note 9s only leads in GeekBench test, which only measures CPU & Memory without regard to OS load and such. AnTuTu & FPS test cover real world situations like heavy graphics - and they both show Realme 6 Pro to be notably better & pull higher FPS.

                            3. Another proof, Realme 6i vs Redmi 9: (Both have Helio G80)
                            https://m.gsmarena.com/compare.php3?idPhone1=10130&idPhone2=10233#diff-

                            4. Another proof, Realme 6i vs Redmi Note 9: (6i wins despite having Helio G80, while Redmi Note 9 has Helio G85)
                            https://m.gsmarena.com/compare.php3?idPhone1=10130&sSearch1=&sSearch2=Redmi+note+9&idPhone2=10192#diff-

Even if you find a rare instance where a Xiaomi phone has higher benchmarks, you'll see that its FPS in games is still lower than other brands in GameBench tests on YouTube.
I'm personally convinced Redmi Note 7 has lowest performance out of all Snapdragon 660 phones (I bought it when it was new).

Xiaomi fans tend to spread a lot of misinformation & you're probably a victim of it.

                                  1. Performance:
For your proof, compare Performance & Battery endurance test of any Xiaomi/Redmi phone with any phone from Realme or other OS phone with same specs (Chipset, RAM).

Compare performance of EMUI/Realme phone having 3GB RAM with a Xiaomi/MIUI phone having 3GB RAM with same specs/chipsets.
If you're a semi heavy or heavy user, you'll immediately notice MIUI performance is much lower.

If you don't want to buy them to test them, you can compare performance by any other reliable means like benchmarks from AnTuTu, GeekBench, GFX Bench or even GameBench that measures actual average FPS of games.
Xiaomi phones performance will always be lower.

                                  - Example: Realme 6 vs Redmi Note 8 Pro performance tests by AnTuTu, GeekBench & GFX Bench.
                                  https://m.gsmarena.com/compare.php3?&idPhone2=9812&idPhone1=10113#diff-

                                  2. Battery endurance tests (if done properly) are another good way. But most YouTubers don't know basic things about phones, like not setting a standard for tests. For example, not turning off or on things like Bluetooth, Location, Mobile Data, Playing games on speaker instead of earphones, background apps, restarting phone before testing or not etc.
They can make a big difference on battery in endurance tests.

                                  3. Many Xiaomi phones also charge slower than their specs show.
For example, Redmi Note 7 with Type C, 18watt charging charges in same or more time than phones 10watt charging with USB ports like Realme 3 & Asus Zenfone Max Pro M2.
I assume you know how to look up the tests to prove it.
