this phone just collapsed while i was using it under sun light and navigating in my car
too much heating .

this is very disappointing realme

      Mine is not heating at all (3 weeks so far, my child is using youtubekids a lot)
      Battery about 2 days - no gaming, a lot of browsing, few hours daily of music/youtube online in car with Bluetooth
      I am satisfied with the brightness of the display
      Updated right out of the box with security update and yes, still waiting for Android 11(it is listed as expected)
      "Camera quality is bad in low light and zooming is bad too - distortion" - you must be right, I don't care a lot about camera, don't preview pictures on 4kTV, just taking and browsing pictures sometimes for fun, also take some photos to check later for details (when a lot of text to remember).
      "wifi keeps disconnecting" - never happened
      "they say 90hz display but you wont feel it because of the weak processor" - Mine is set on AUTO, not bad. What do you mean WEAK PROCESSOR - G95(12nm) is twice old than the contemporary SD732G(8nm), but on sheet - almost on par.

      "honestly it is not the phone to buy in 2021 maybe i could accept this phone if we are still in 2016/2017 at most" - It is more budget than mid-range phone, better than a lot of xiaomi's like Xiaomi Redmi 9T(2021) with SD 662(11nm)in the same price range, Xiaomi Poco M3 again SD662(11nm) - Nov 2020, on par (even better) with more expensive Xiaomi Redmi Note 9T with Dimensity 800U 5G (7 nm) - 2021, and better than aforementioned phones with it's 30W charger. It pumps the battery for about 60min from zero! The Poco X3 NFC(2020) should be much better with SD 732G (8 nm), 120Hz screen, 33W, a little bit expensive, but for some reason the test results are pretty the same (according to gsmarena.com). Anyway we should consider Poco X3 NFS is better for who is interesting.
      So what do you mean - "maybe i could accept this phone if we are still in 2016/2017 at most" - if you can accept this phone AT MOST in 2016/2017 then you are comparing rocks with diamonds. I mean nowadays - 2021 you must be looking for Samsung Galaxy S21, Xiaomi Mi 11, Realme GT, OnePlus 8 Pro. If you use such phones then you are right, but here people are discussing and interesting in the same phones like Realme 7 - what to get/expect for this price range.
      IMHO Realme 7 Global is a good budget(mid-range?) phone for about 160 Euro with 6GB of RAM, 1080 x 2400 pixels/90Hz(yes, you may be right about quality :-) if you care ), average camera, 30W/5000mAh - 126 hours of usage, MTK G95(12nm but not heating at all and good battery endurance), Gorilla 3 (yes, old), USB On-The-Go. It is not mistake in anyway to buy it.

            Heating problems even on YouTube
            cheap quality display and low brightness
            bad realme ui - not smooth experience
            the battery wont last a day - medium usage not gaming
            the processor is below average specially in multitasking
            slow updates
            camera quality is bad in low light and zooming is bad too - distortion
            wifi keeps disconnecting
            they say 90hz display but you wont feel it because of the weak processor

            honestly it is not the phone to buy in 2021 maybe i could accept this phone if we are still in 2016/2017 at most

                                  this phone is boring , not for young people
                                  ive used it for like 3 months then i have decided to give it to my Grandma as all what matter's to her is to get a clear voice call. and shez happy with that .
