Sorry made error. Poco x3 NFC/pro just looked like double the price but only 50% more (which is too much for me). Realme 7 R3650, Poco x3 NFC R5199, Poco x3 Pro R5299 on connected devices. Can't get how the Poco x3 NFC and Pro are basically the same price even with the massive gap in specifications.

Interesting how close the Snapdragon 732G chip in the Poco x3 NFC is to the G95 in the realme 7.
Can't get the gaming performance scores though.

But again it's a lot more expensive and hope I'm wrong but I don't think I'll need more performance than what the realme 7 already has.
nano review.net is very useful. Wish I found this website sooner. Wouldn't have gotten my LG as I would have known better and wouldn't have to guess performance just by looking at specks.

Yeah, Android has discontinued showing RAM usage in settings which I hate. Don't know why they did that...
Another concern I have is if I can download local apps (not sure how Google play geo lock works)
Like if it's a European device, can I still download my south African banks app? (Being a banking app I definitely don't want to side load from anywhere other than Google play) Or any other apps from my local businesses? Or if the device is European, can I only download apps available in Europe? Or is it dependant on the Google account being used to sign in, in this case my Google account that I created and use in my country so I shouldn't have a problem with this?

That overheating sounds very concerning. Nevertheless I'm forced to take the risk due to the poor choice available to me in my country for my budget. And will not hesitate to use the warranty of 12 months if I have too.
I'm hoping that the heating issue you have isn't mainstream and the device you got is just faulty or have you tried using the warranty? What happened?
Unfortunately I've already paid for it. But I still appreciate your advice and will definitely be weary of any heating issues as I'd prefer to use OBF to try get another device then waiting for repairs. Something like an OUT OF BOX FAILURE (OBF) within 7 days, but I'm not sure I will qualify for this as this is a special import from another country, don't even know if the charger will fit my local plugs.

Soft bendable gel/silicone transparent case (slightly dark color ) in the box. Still no Android 11 (expected support until 12 as general for Realme, officially A11 in Spain, but as I checked it UI version 2 is RMX2151PU_11.A.09 which may be the Asian one, because Global version - mine is RMX2155). Last security update - June 05, Google Play System update - June 1, not so fresh.
Memory available - Can't remember out of the box. In my mobile I can see now major are - System 16GB, Apps 9.55GB, the other - below ~ 100MB(Images, Videos, Audio, Documents, APKs, Others) - available 37.8GB. I use SD card for camera. So 64(Totall)-16(System)=48GB should be initially, although there are some preinstalled apps - you can expect below 48GB.
I don't know how to check RAM usage, but it is 6GB.
Camera is good for me, others state it is not good in the low light - depend on user demands ;-). Sensor is from Samsung, not Sony. My wife still has Huawei P30 light and her camera appears to be better.
Not heating issues at all, but I am not a gamer - just N.O.V.A. Legacy or Dead Target sometimes, more on the Internet, YT...
There are many phones for the same money but lower specs and not so many with the same/better specs. I still like Xiaomi and it's variants/subbrands - Redmi Note 10S - more money, small FF, same processor, better camera, stereo, same RAM, IR(I miss it most for all AC, TV, Smart box around me and in my job), IP53 for +50-60EU. Poco X3 NFC also not bad, but check the opinions on gsmarena - not so happy users. Poco x3 Pro should be miles ahead for +70-80EU, but also some complains... Just like here ;-)
I decided to give a try for the first time with Realme 7 Global, so far very satisfied. I was in doubt for Huawei P40 Lite, but tweaking it for GMS or use third party software discouraged me( it is for just +10-15EU).
A little bit long, hope to help you, wish you will be satisfied with R7!
P.S. IMHO many people are posting without an experience, not to the point with the gadget or just showing off their better/best phones... and I am still OK with this, no hard feelings at all.

two weeks ago i have used the navigation for an hour and you wont believe the high temperature this phone was
also if you watch youtube for long time it will heatup
can you believe it !!!!! heating while watching YouTube!!!!
also add to that the cheap display ,, dont let them fouls you with numbers as you wont feel the 90hz display.
i suggest buy and older one from a respectable company that fit your Budget like nova 5t

the real performance regardless of the score is ... moreWell what you suggest instead? Everything else at this price point in my country (we have really bad choice and high prices) only scores a 3rd of the realme 7 (about 120 000 on Antutu 7)
Next closest device price and performance wise is Xiaomi Redmi 9 and that only scores around half, (about 180 000 on Antutu 7)
Benchmarks are the most important aspect of a phone for me. I'm used to overheating from my previous LG devices (K40 & K41s), got so hot the glass would become uncomfortable to touch when charging and gaming. Then I would take off the plastic cover and the phones would cool down. Amazing how much heat the cover holds in because theres no ventilation to dissipate heat. Can't get how there's hardly any covers with openings in the back to let excess heat drain.

Have you updated to android 11?
To reconfirm. Yours is 6GB RAM 64GB ROM? (That's the one I'm getting) and how much storage is available? (Guessing 15GB is used up by the OS) and what about RAM usage? (Can't get how modern Androids you can't see RAM usage anymore but from what I've seen, the more RAM a device has, the more it uses in standby, generally always around half the RAM is always in use, hence I'm curious of realme 7 RAM use I'm standby with nothing open)
trying to see if I may get similar performance from mine when it arrives.
Hoping to get mine sometime this month. See realme 8 is same price, better camera BUT only 4GB RAM so I'm going to get realme 7 because of 2GB extra RAM.

Is the cover a soft bendable gel/silicone cover or hard cover you can't or struggle to bend ? (I've had a hard cover in the past, screen was cracked top left just from bumping the phone against something, not even from dropping it so I don't like hard cover)

In Bulgaria, Realme 7 Gobal 6/64GB. in the box - smartphone, 30W charger+USB cable, earphones, protective case. The phone has some protective film on the screen, you can remove it anytime, so far mine is good, but I'm waiting for tempered glass.

Does this phone come with protective cover in the box? Do all Realme 7 devices come with cover irrespective of region or device version (eg 6GB, 8GB) or colour?
Reason I ask is I'd be getting a special import into South Africa from somewhere in Europe (so I'm guessing it's the European version), as a result accessories will be nearly impossible to find in South Africa and a cover is essential for me as I've dropped so many phones.
Device is the blue 6GB RAM 64GB STORAGE one.
If there's any South Africans out there who got their realme 7 from connected devices please let me know if the blue one for R3650 came with a cover?
Any idea if it comes with cover in the box?

i can see that most of the reviewers indecating that you should not buy this phone
and i do agree with them and i wish that i read the reviews before i bought it two weeks ago .
my experience using this phone is a desaster
very bad phone ..unstable ...lagging ... poor display
very disappointed .... dont buy guys
