Performance wise, it's a little better than Poco X3.
Probably comparable to Mi 10T Lite.
Camera wise, it's better than Poco X3 in low light - especially for videos, but a little behind in day light.
Poco X3 offers more video modes, like 60FPS in ultra wide camera with stabilisation or 4K with ultra wide camera with stabilisation. But I think Mi 10T also has same limitations as Realme 7 5G in this regard.
Poco X3 also supports Gcam better - being a Snapdragon phone, which improves camera quality greatly.
Recording wise, Gsmarena says it records audio in 320Kbps stereo while video recording. Which is probably best in this price, unless its mic is bad.
Poco X3 only records in 96Kbps stereo, like most phones in this price.

However, the with comparison with SD865 such as Xiaomi Mi10T Pro, Mediatek Dimensity 1000+ chip tend to be quickly overheat when running the same high demanding game.
The main advantage over Xiaomi Mi10T Pro is of course the AMOLED screen.

I am definitely aware that there are many smartphones out there powered by Mediatek's Dimensity chipset. But for a Malaysian like me, this phone is special as this is the only Dimensity-powered smartphone officially launched in the country so far as of January 2021. I definitely would love to see a smartphone with Dimensity 1000 or 1000+ chipset officially launched in Malaysia.

this is one brilliant ensemble by Realme and one can actually see a huge difference in the latest phones. The configuration is well-balanced in terms of battery and camera, plus the backup of mediatek dimensity 800u in the processing capabilities adds to the premium grade power of the phone

As far as I know, there is no official IP water & dust resistant rating on the specifications for the device, but like all phones, it should have basic splash-proofing and will be able to survive a few splashes of rain. You will be safe if no water enters the ports, but if water does happen to enter the charging port or the headphone jack, you can use an air can to blow the water out.
