In geekbench, the single core benchmark is lower, however the multi core is higher.
I've been hearing negative things about the Dimensity 800 - especially in the oppo reno4z - people are complaining about severe lag, there are even youtube videos of the lag. People are also complaining about data/wifi speeds and reception, and mobile hotspot disconnects.
I hope none of this applies to the 800u version. Hopefully these issues have been addressed.

Anonymous, 23 Nov 2020No boy....GPU and graphics performance better in 800 u and ... moreNah, SDM 765G is much faster, just utilizing those Kryo cores that are power-efficient and the Adreno 620, which is nearing the same graphics performance as the 630 (SDM 845), although if RM7 5G uses Dimensity 800 or 820 (rather than 800U), it will easily beat out SDM 765G, (both CPU and GPU)

Has any one faced Network Connectivity Issues on Realme devices.
I am not able to connect my Jio Fi Device on my Realme 5 Pro.
After doing some research found that Realme Phones are not supporting - Carrier Aggregation & Dynamic Wi Fi Connectivity & Network Connectivity till now. May be things would change for better in 2021.
