since their back to back mediocre device announcements and releases i almost lost my hopes on realme, but this one is a rare product a pure gem 👌
it's been almost one year, but still the best phone in this price range 😍

Battery drainage after c.28 was not normal but the culprit was facebook app . so i uninstalled it and replaced it with facebook lite now battery is very good.

Though I don't play heavy games like PUBG, I do watch a lot of Video content, about 3-4 hours a day + almost 30+ calls with an average of around 2-3 mins. I have not encountered any of the issues you have mentioned. The only issue I have is that it does not connect to android auto. I think you need to take it to the service centre for a health check up.

I don't have heating issues, I don't have battery drain, easily lasts more than a day. I'm always on 90hz for display. But everyone uses their phone differently. I'm not playing any demanding games. I Do watch YouTube videos, no issue there.

No improvement in performance. Heating in high, battery drain fastest. In every updates. Got ralme U1.performance not gud. Dolby, duel stereo speakers only some sound not gud performance.
Heating -10/10
Low battery backup -9/10
Display -5/10
Smoothness -5/10
Sound -5/10
Speed 5/10
Graphics -4/10
Call quality -4/10
Gaming 5/10
Etc....
Not stable update even a flagship phone.
Utterly failure phone.
Coming x50 series phone with gud features and specifications but will not give gud performance. This is my realme experience. Thinking one plus Nord

With previous C27 version we were able to reach more than 36 hours now we are not coming further than 4 till 6 hours. We are not happy. Please fix this battery draining issue ASAP.

28/6/2020 with this update no issues so far,heating problems solved,battery draining solved,no lags no nothing 4 hours screen on time 60% left of the battery... Go and install on realme . com website
