With previous C27 version we were able to reach more than 36 hours now we are not coming further than 4 till 6 hours. We are not happy. Please fix this battery draining issue ASAP.

28/6/2020 with this update no issues so far,heating problems solved,battery draining solved,no lags no nothing 4 hours screen on time 60% left of the battery... Go and install on realme . com website

While gaming, watching video, while using camera, while charging battery high heating. My friends have redmi k20 pro working fine. No heating gud cam better smooth.

Is there any another phone better than Realme X2 Pro at the same price?,
ome people say that after a while there's some problem arise like heating and lagging and battery draining is all that true?

Can someone please tell me how can we stop automatic firmware updates in Realme X2 Pro. After swtching off the "Auto Update Overnight" option it still downloads the update and forces me to install the update.
Using it for last 4 months. This is a fantastic device in every aspect. But the Realme UI update has completely runied the Idle Battery Drain. It is losing 1-2% every hour even kept in idle. This is so frustrating. Color oS 6.1 was much better considering the battery drain.
Please if anyone knows hwo to stop auto update then reply. Should I never connect it with home Wi-fi? Will it not be updated if I only use Mobile Data?

Always was heating up even doing simple tasks or games...

I like this phone. It heats up when you play games. Today i installed latest Android 10 c28 from realme site. Will see how it goes further. I like this phone because of price and performance ratio.
