in other review GSMARENA mentioned between K800 and N93, the quality of the photo is almost the same... now they concluded that N73 is much better... very confusing...
I tought the review was taken by not professional reviewer... they never mentioned about the condition of the phone, what firmware of the phone, did they use the final version or prototype version, etc etc...
so no wonder all Nokia Fans Boy very happy with this review !

Wow k800 rocks..everything looks so smooth and natural. The flower pic says it all! You can see every droplet of water with the K800. N73 looks like a purple mass or blob of colour. D900..sigh lets not even go there...how do u spell 'pathetic'?

Experts already examined the pictures from the 3 phones and they say all pictures are manipulated after it was taken. D900 pictures were edited by blurr effects which comes in the phone's photo editor or autofocus is not activated at all. They say the picture taken by D900 is unusual because that was not the way a 3 megapixel with autofocus behaves even an ordinary camera phone could eventaully can focus text and images without blurring.
So therefore samsung D900 is the winner because even it is manipulated as examined, the pictures tends to have consistency, good details, true and undestored colors even it was more zoomed as observed compared with pictures taken by n73 and k800. You can see the difference on picture that has a chinese character on the window.
Therefore D900 is the real winner. Good job d900.

From all the pictures posted on the comparison, it appears that the N73 has the best shots. However, it is noticeable that it tends to exagerate the colors a little bit. The SE takes the pictures with much more realistic color. At the bottom is the D900, not to say that it has bad quality. Its pictures are good but not as good as the N73 and SE.
As for number one position, in my opinion.....its the N73.

Don't understand how SE fans can claim that k790 is better. Or all they now have broken LCDs? :)
Colors are not natural, like k750 colors, photos are very dull and less contrast than N73 ones!
N73 is CLEAR winner here, cybershot is just marketing to fool SE fans, cause they don't see anything but the BRAND! :)
SE looses big time except noght shots! And if we count video recording too, I do not know who will buy K790/800, except SE die hard fans!

all the pictures looked pretty good from all the cameras but the violet flower picture really sets them apart. n73 took a very poor picture of the flower. d900 took a decent one and man the k800 took a really vibrant smooth picture.

N73 wins this time,coz its sharp, detailed and has vivid colors even in low light condition.
unlike K800 and D900 the results are DULL and BLURRY.
and if you're going to print, N73 definitely has the best result!

I think gsmarena use vivid mode for nokia N73 thats why the pictures taken are very colourful but for SE K8001 and D900 they are using normal mode.

I observed that photos taken by N73 and K800 are already edited before being posted in site. D900 has the mildest and most natural color rendetion, i say the freshes photos taken compared with the two which is in my opinion are edited in the photo editor.
I can say these opinions because i can also manipulate my photos taken using the phone's editor and realy it makes some changes like sharpness, focus, color and brightness.
So samsung fans do not be fooled by this comparison because who knows what the gsm arena has been doin.

Wooowww... Alll pic is nice though! I got difficulty comparing them, but i prefer K800 ones. The colour seems more natural

In outdoor Nokia produce the best photos but Sony Ericsson too, Samsung a little less...
But for the photos indoor, there is no problme Sony Ericsson is largely the better!
And SE K800 have a very good flash, so for me, again Sony Ericsson is the manufacturer who produce the best photophone

hmm i don't know if u people have but mobilereview have Z710 review this pictures have less noise... but not colors are abit worse than the ones of the d900, the d900 looks bettter for me =)
still nokia its the king! its not perfect but have less flaws than the k800
