I buy this phone 2 months back it is good phone .but it has some dis advatages in this phone has 8gb but 4gb for only softwares to run phone.so storage is only 4gb.the rear camer is good but front is not so good.good video recording.this phone not have loudspeaker less sound only .if you download more apps the phone become slow not this phone only all phones in 3g the phone very fast downloding good 2g also.multi touch was good.in this phone have goog feartures.in newly the phone has some problems but insome days agoit good this is good one but I buyed in march for 16200 but it valu become lessnow I disappointed because of if I want sell this phone I will lose some money so this my advice to samsung company do not decrese the price mobile this is best phone

I bought Samsung Galaxy Grand Neo 2-3 months back. Now I am facing problem is that initially touch screen not working sometimes during scrolling.
Now, it is hang, even after pressing the option, it works after 2-3 seconds.
One more problem, it is too slow now-a-days facing problem, while starting the game(especially Candy Crush) it stops and close automatically.
What could be the problem? Anybody can suggest the suitable reply? why it is happening or it comes with such problems.

Its nice phone to use.but my problem is the camera.when im using camera in skype very dark.couldnt figured out my face..and the front camera not nice if im taking pictures..how can I fixed it??? Jst yestrday I buy it..

It is very slow and the slowest i bought a set 2 or 3 weeks ago it got slow now and doesnt work properly and it is very slow very slow the slowest set i have ever seen is this Grand Neo set

I opened my photos and saw a corrupted file. I think. So i decided to delete it. I clicked the trash can and clicked the delete everywhere. The deleting process was very long then my phone hanged. Any explanation would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

this is an awesome phone by samsung it has many features grand neo is better option than grand 2
