They should have however used the Snapdragon 801 chip and not lessened the brightness capabilities of the screen. Those two things alone would've at least more justified it.

Note 3 is the worst phone for that price point.....
it also hangs.....huh....When samsung will take care of this terrible problem?????
G2's camera is batter than note 3....So i guess g pro 2's camera is also batter than note 3....as gsm arena has mantioned.....It is 20% batter than g2...

I Think LG again has made a little mistake here BY launching this PHONE NOW, instead of G3 against galaxy S5...as i always says LG Always launcheS their competative phones late and when era overs....they launching galaxy note 3 compepetor now exactly year after...when SAMSUNG somewhere ready to launch NOTE 4........

G Pro 2 is good, but it's only playing catch up to the Note 3.
The Amoled screen on it is the most overall natural. Enough with the exaggerations and denial here. Most people prefer the saturation for starters. It's mainly online trollers and haters using it as an excuse to make something up against it.
Not only that but LCD is not fully natural either.
The best of the best have fake blacks and washed out contrast. That is washy no natural. Even their colors are not perfect. Just more normal at first. From years of tuning. But most are still somewhat saturated. And ones like the ones LG have been using tend to be slightly more saturated than normal. Not by much but there. Usually mostly in green. As well as oddly spaced calibration. So that is not perfectly natural.
Where as these Amoled panels are saturated "which most like and LCD cannot match", but have true blacks and wide contrast. Then you can choose movie mode. Much more realistic colors. Plus you still have contrasts and blacks. So the screen just became way way more overall accurate than ANY lcd. As well as it is more evenly calibrated than most LCD's and has a better white balance than most LCD's. Really impressive.
Not to mention also being nearly perfectly evenly lit and with a lot less light leakage unlike LCD which falls much more short with leakage and bright spots.
And the Note 3 is also one of the best displays under sunlight too. Mostly nabbed by the 1520.
Overall camera quality as shown by the samples shows that the Note 3 pictures up close are decent bit less fuzzy. I also expect that if it is the same as any other scenario Samsung still leads in full tuning. Particularly in HDR and Panorama where they lead.
Video seems good, but don't think it topped it. With some further inspecting audio probably remains better on the Note as well.
Features of UI? The UI is practically an entire Touchwiz rip off with some neat little changes. It offers a few things, but overall Samsung kept the lead.
Design? Have you ever heard of PREFERENCE? Probably not. As well as it follows the G2 design which follows the Galaxy design. Of course with some notable changes....So....?

Well done it rare to get top audio,top camera and top notch video in one smartphone and vid is 4K for future proofing your vids when 4K tvs come along..Plus micro sd to store all these beautifull pics/vids/audio..

it's funny seeing how many ppl just trying to glorify their phones so they can feel good about their choices.. the G pro 2 is an amazing phone but I have to agree of it being late.. the Note 3 is also a great phone.. so just be happy with ur phone and stop bashing the others.. one last point to the Note 3 owner, why the hell u pay a full price for a phone that is suppose to be a lock free but it's region locked?! and don't tell me I'm not traveling bull**** bcz that doesn't justify the stupidity of doing that. the only answer that I will accept if u gonna root it.. and I am not bashing at Note 3 owner. I used to luv Samsung :(

you say LG has much slimmer bezels - yeah "much" is like they are the same - but the LG is much thicker
You say S-pen is a gimmick - well I could show you at least 4-5 everyday activities which is not possible without a pen - like showing animated guide on map to my friends how to get to a certain point on map
you say LG's screen has more natural colour and AMOLED is too vivid. Maybe you dont even know that note 3 has the only amoled screen which has 98% DCI gammut, plus is has true less than 2 delta E color accurancy- when you select photo mode.
To sum up: dear LG fanboy: LG has released a device 6 months later, which could equal at max the samsung device - but what about the price?? lol - you see: a note is now only 400 euro (unlocked) while this brand new LG without any tangible benefit will cost you 50% more. Bravo!
