I was listening to music and then after a while I realized the music wasn't coming from my earphones anymore but from the phone's speakers, even when the earphones were plugged in. I tried plugging them in again several times, still won't work. Is it a software update issue, or a hardware issue? My earphones work fine on my laptop, so i don't think it's an issue with my earphones......
CAN anybody suggest me solution plz

Easiest way to move go to:
File Commander --> Internal Storage --> Find folder and open it --> Find file, click on options button --> Select copy --> go to SD card, press options and paste...

Z3 is amazing phone - I have it and not faced any problem...
Just use it careful because you spent money for it...

Now I'm using sony z3.when internet and camera using time ; battery is very hot.

One of the worst phones to be released. I was so excited and waiting for the release, bought it for 650$ and then sold it for 250$ after 5 months.
Camera/Picture quality is less the zero comparing to the reviews given to people. front camera even worse. Water proof? tell me about it, one of the worse specs to be found.
I also updated to the lollipop software, and suddenly i lost the front camera. after contacting sony company they said that there is a bug and about to be fixed needs more than 2-3 months. Using a phone with no front camera is useless.
In conclusion, one of the worst phones for sony to release and not even worth the price in market.

I like Z3.but the front cam is 2.2.mp,.available the market another cheap phones allowed 5.mp front cam.

this phone sucks it freezes a lot very slippery if I put down on somewhere somehow someway it slips off and falls on the floor very disappointed in Sony already went through two of the Sony Xperia x3

if you are into music with hi-res headphone... Z3 is the best phone for you with very good battery life, screen resolution is 1080p (no need for 4K), build quality is top notch, you will not go wrong with this phone. i tried G3, i dished out that phone because of the audio quality only but G3 is very good phone as well but for me because i like music that much, i go for Z3.

Just want to know how the phone is working after lollipop update cause I am using Samsung galaxy s4 I got lollipop update 2 months back and now my phone sucks it's got all the problems u don't want in your phone so z3 user please let me know
