Samsung Galaxy S6 review: Subject Zero

13 March 2015
Choose one word to describe the Samsung Galaxy S6. Gorgeous. Powerful. Special. Different. Thank you. That will do. Galaxy S5 has only one of these under its belt and hint... it starts with a P.

[deleted post]Or probably only Samsung sends pre-release (read unfinished) phones first, and a month later comes the finished product. And if you've read the update, you should have known the results aren't better but the same as opposed to many people's hope for better loudspeaker, etc. Only the battery life was improved.

I played with the phone the other day and while it looked and felt good in the hands, I was surprised by the awful battery showing. From 100% it was reading only 10 hours left. Even my old Nexus 4 does 14 hours.

No expandable storage, no fm radio, ridiculous restrictions which is against what Android stands for. I'm sure android users will flock away from Samsung, which used to be the preferred choice for android users earlier. If these ridiculous restrictions are acceptable, iPhone is a much better choice!

Battery looks weak compare to S5 coz of qhd resolution & I think camera application is always running in background that's why its opening so quickly with double tapping on home key. [ May be like Nokia N91 Phone if you remember music app is always running for that music key shortcut on slide panel ]

& may be few other apps are also working in bg & that's why battery performance is weak then S5... may be not sure :)

I think we should not buy s6 so samsung really really feel sorry.

Can you store files with more than 4GB in size? Or does the FAT32 limitation still exists on the Samsung Galaxy S6?

The Antutu scores are not the one I've got ...
                                      32 bit - 64627
                                      64 bit - 70924 - huge difference !

There were similar arguments about FM Radio and what not... but I'm glad that GSMArena understands the need for an mSD card slot and swappable batteries.

No matter how one looks at it, these are simply the best conveniences one can get in a phone. The bare necessities.

Unless of course... one has bottomless pockets
