OnePlus 2 review: Bounty Hunter

24 August, 2015
So, another flagship killer means a) the original left some unfinished business or b) OnePlus ran out of smart taglines. It would’ve made little sense to OnePlus to revise the job description but, while the OnePlus 2 is clearly superior it lacks one thing the original had, the benefit of surprise...

AnonD-109032, 04 Sep 2015yes usb type c used in one plus two is a disadvantage. I... moreI am using OPT.. Though it has problems like battery drain and over heat... But I know this for a fact that you are wrong about the USB Type C.. Esp when it comes to transfer speed. I easily can transfer 1 GB data within 2 mins.. Much better than the micro usb cables

two of my friends registered for invite.
one guys was in 25632 and another guy was in 124582.
but the guy who is well behind in the queue got invite first than the leading guy.
one plus is fooling people with their invite.

Biggest issue with OPT is its supply and invite system. Whats use of all good features and great device if you are not able to reach to your customers?
Customer, though highly anticipating great phone, gets frustrated and disappointed if product do not reach to him in time. Better logistics and ops should have been tyhought about before launch.
Great features otherwise. Look forward to get one (before it gets too old :-)) and check it out first hand.

Raky, 26 Aug 2015You must be joking, USB type C as Disadvantage!? It certainly isn't an advantage over non type C USB port! At this point in time, it more of a minus than a plus!

I found one unique feature which make me love oneplus and i.e multiple users
and in oneplus 2 it works as magic I often use multiple accounts weather its Whatsapp, Facebook, Twitter, Email, etc. This is first time i can have all of them in same device without worrying privacy.

still lot of improvement is required as i hate the way apps are sorted i like them to keep arranged customary.

Raky, 26 Aug 2015You must be joking, USB type C as Disadvantage!? yes usb type c used in one plus two is a disadvantage.

It uses same usb ver 2.0 as one plus one. If it used usb 3.0 then it will be an added advantage.

Due to the usage of usb type c with ver 2.0, there wont be any difference in charging speed or data transfer when compared with one plus one. Then why the F***k it is required??

Fist of all for GSM Arena,

In real life scenario one plus two is not worthy update from one plus one. If an user have oneplus they no need to buy one plus two.

Also as you said, as USB type C is future, but not in one plus two. They were using same ver 2.0 usb type c, that will not provide any increment in performance or data transfer speed when compared to one plus one.

Like most things Chinese, even the slogan is a blatant copy of another company's, AMD.

Downgraded battery life? No go for me. Why can't they make the priority research direction goes towards longer battery life instead of brute power? I own the oneplus one but for my usage, I think any phone with at least a galaxy s4 spec is good enough for me.

Looking for a "flagship killer" that has flagship performance but at an affordable price? Here they are: OnePlus 2, Xiaomi Note Pro and Asus Zenfone 2. Pick the one that suits your needs best. Problem solved.
