Am using a sony xperia M4 dual and i am having difficulties in downloading a movie. whenever i try downloading, it plays instead of downloading. Please can someone help me out.

Ng, 12 Oct 2015One serious issue with this phone is shutdown during calls.... morenever experienced that issue..battery is also good..

still waiting for that battery test gsmarena.. i took a look at your review of the xiaomi redmi note 2,which uses the same soc but with a bigger battery,looks disappointing.. hope sony does better

One serious issue with this phone is shutdown during calls. It will switch only after connnecting to a power source.got my phone replaced from sony center. But the issue prevails. Sony is service center not helping me with the issue.also no.updates are released. So.planning to return the phone back to the seller.
The phone is otherwise very good but has a major issue with the basic calling function.

ANy problems in mobo, they will just replace the mobo. Not repairs at all. Once out of warranty, this type of service will be very expensive.
These type of service stations are not even needed. The user himself can replace the parts if available. Ass is needed for repairs.
