AnonD-442781, 10 Dec 2015The only people who won't spend 5 minutes are those who can... moreAre you confused with what you are debating here so far?
For a start, Z5 auto mode sucks - compare the photos quality yourself over at the GSMArena photo tool. Match against a Lumia 950 and G4. Z5 sucks big time.
Now, you said just spend 5 mins to learn about manual mode because manual mode produces better pictures. Hmm... maybe, perhaps..... But then I replied, the masses will not even spend the 5mins to learn because 1) consumers want point and shoot - they will get the BEST point & shoot mobile camera out there. And you also agreed that ""All decent phones have good cameras.". Yes, mostly but EXCEPT Z5! 2) Consumers don't have to spend the 5 mins to notice the blurry photos by Z5 - you don't need to be an expert for that. No manual modes can solve that! Check out the forums yourself-

God, do you even know what are you debating in the first place?! I rest my case here... Is hopeless debating with blind sony fans like you.

AnonD-442781, 10 Dec 2015Where is the evidence for this malware you speak of?
And... moreReally my friend?? Have you no heard of Stagefright Exploit?? For real??! Are you even an Android user?? Let me spoon-feed you.

Not just Lollipop my friend..... ALL VERSIONS of Android are affected! To quote:
"Your Android device is probably vulnerable. Ninety-five percent of Android device in the wild are vulnerable to Stagefright."
No Play store can save you. LOL!

And anyone who cares about performance would probably own a lollipop phone by now, irrelevant to be using that as an argument. What I said is perfectly applicable to any phone that is up to 2 years old. And as I said the play store part is applicable to most android phones, so most do get the update

God, you're even making me feel stupid by having to repeat the exact same thing because you can't understand it.

AnonD-122899, 10 Dec 2015Precisely! Non 'photography nerd' will not be spending thei... moreActually a large number will and a bunch won.
And while auto mode is not the best on the Z5 is still among the much better and more than plenty for most of the general "masses"
So you have no point.

"Also android doesn't rely on changing software version the way iOS does, you get most stuff from the play store, and OEMS usually deliver their own security/optimisation updates also."
That's the main problem! OEMS are not delivering prompt security updates! Why do you think malwares are hitting so hard on older Android phones then? Play store? You mean you are getting the Mashmallow updates from Play store? LOL!

Since "All decent phones have good cameras." like you mentioned, do you think the masses will bother to spend the 5mins to learn about the manual modes for "better" pictures?? Get it already??

Even Windows phone has better update schedules than the Android.

WHY will anyone spend the few mins learning the manual mode, when they can simply point and shoot and share to their social networks quickly? Perhaps you will do that if you are one of those mobile photography nerds. The masses will not even be bothered about manual and will rather use the auto mode instead. In other words, its a very niche market! That's why phones like Xperia never sell well because user will need to go into manual mode for better pictures while an iPhone who can produce good pictures with just a press of a button.

Can you guys add disk benchmark? You guys tested some devices earlier( S6, Note4, M9...). Its not that important but it's good to know how our internal storage performs.
