Just include the flagship from every OEM out there. Should make an interesting read!

On the other hand - I will be updating the review with a comment about the audio quality in the recorded video samples - it's quite bad.

Did you ever try to put your phone in a pants pocket and see the difference between a straight back and a curved back phone ?

GSMarena is in favor of XIAOMI these days (since comparing it with X performance).
In the camera section: the panorama is very good too, with accurate stitching.....etc
however, I can notice in the panorama photo that the cars and the bus are distorted and some of the buildings are not well stitched.
I AM NOT SAYING IT IS BAD, NO IT IS V GOOD ACTUALLY. I FEEL IT IS OVERSTATED by arena team

I will buy the Mi5 , if Mi5 and Xperia XA are same price in my country.
Otherwise if Mi5 is alot more expensive I will buy the XA.
XA probably will be very cheap. In 2 months it will be just 225 euro.
Mi5 design is fantastic.
Well done xiaomi.

note: bfore you comment my opinion, I'm just a person who is not a fan of curved back design, it's matter of subjective preference. Still, Mi 5 is good btw

Xiaomi is really starting to make good progress offering quality devices like this one. I used to think they were just another Chinese brand that sells cheap knockoffs They are beginning to show signs that they are just as good as any other major brand out there. Keep up the good work Xiaomi!

and, buy the way...since you are all shorter than averige US or EU citizens, how are you carring those bricks, in backpack!? I assume that you do not holding it constantly in your hand and taking selfies, that would be totally prejudice from me, right!?

s7 stupid price tag, 17 Mar 2016WOW!!!.....same S820 chipset with half than S7 price...
... morethat's right...if you are from China or India.
rest of the world have other prices...for this one, but also for S7 (and rest of the phones), because most of us are buying phones on contract with our mobile carriers.
so with on year contract (that includes services that i need anyway) that Samsung costs me 300$, and that is less then Xioami in start, even with its price in China. (it's 1:1 now)
on top of that price, if i want to buy Xiaomi, i must pay shipping cost, TAX, and seller will take some.... so it cost much more than Sammy. (game change 2:1)
and in case of any problem, i do not have service support, guarantee...or in "best case scenario" i'll have to send it back to china for reparation, and wait for month or two to get it back.
so, now is 5:1, at leas....

in my opinion xiaomi mi5 is the phone of the year.. best value
