J7 2016 has a bigger battery (400mah more than a5 2016) and newer processor which saves around 30% more battery than a5 2016 and j7 2015's processor so why not? 18 hours is actually not that high.

That's right there in the review. For all intends and purposed the phones looks metallic. Using metal is about look anyway, plastic is of higher quality as far as durability and weight goes.
So it succeeds in both looks and durability. The idea that you cannot make a tasteful phone with removable back should be dead by now. Here's hoping to get those features on Samsung's flagships.

Unfortunately I am not satisfied with this phone. In general the quality is ok, but small features are lacking... for example-dont know why my gmail is not appearing wgen somebody sends me mail, keypad vibration is not possible at all, timer when sounds is switched of goes mute(I use it for yoga, and as alarm does, I tgink it sgould keep sound even when phone is muted...), and finally- if I use headphones the voice of persone I am talking to-is tooooo loud. You cant soften iy anyhow!!!!! IT IS REALLY DAMAGING MY EAR!!! And my ear hurts now, but if I use phone without headphones, everybody around me can hear my talk... small things but make me really sad.. and the last- there are some noises during the calll. Oh and the last- contacts can be loger then just name and surname-16characters-what a shame! And I cant delete any contact either... Pity-but be aware, I hope this helps ;)

I would like to see it compared with ZenFone 3 in the future. Same screen size, same market target. Even though the battery life would be different.

although the proprietary battery test employed by gsmarena does not really reflect real world usage.

The biggest disadvantage with this phone is that it does not have a fingerprint sensor.
