OnePlus 3 review: Confidence booster

24 June 2016
A great act is tough to follow and sometimes delivering two great devices in a row requires that you take a completely different approach with the successor. Now on its third "flagship killer" (with the OnePlus X taking a different path), OnePlus has taken on the tough task to mature from a business standpoint, while still retaining that ambitious "never settle" attitude that brought it where it is today.

Anyone will pick this phone over the crap htc 10. oxygen os in this phone is butterly smooth and light add-on features are far better than the stipud sense on htc 10. a 1+ 3 user.

samsung position is still perfectly fine here.

I am really confused by opinion of some people. Based on a single review i.e anandtech every one started saying that the display of oneplus 3 is poor . What about many other reviewers who say that oneplus 3 display is good and some even say awesome ( the verge , cnet , techradar , trustedreviews , alphr the list goes on ) but what people will focus on the one bad review about the display . And then people starts comparing a 400 dollars phone with 700 dollars phone (galaxy s7 edge ).
The only thing which should concern people is the battery life which is not a big issue due to its dash charge technology . The phones which oneplus 3 should be compared are mi5 , the phone with underclocked sd820 , 3gb ram and priced only 3k less then oneplus 3 . Le max 2 is a worthy competitor but only 32gb internal memory and no 3.5mm headphone jack which is deal breaker for many people including me . Zte axon 7 and zuk 2 pro are worthy competitors but we don't even know when will they be released in india . So from my opinion this phone is the best phone present in the market in this price range and is also comparable with some other flagship devices launched this year . So if you want to buy a phone right now you can buy this phone.

i feel that chinese flagships, however awesome they may be are too expensive for their own good, too expensive for something without proper warranty. in greece, the g5 is only 30 euro more expensive. i wouldn't even think of buying the op3 compared to the g5. s6 edge is also aroud the same amount of cash.

GSMA- First time I am seeing a review (OP3) which I feel is biased.
1 - The battery endurance rating is 66 hrs which is comparatively less and wouldnt last a day.
                                    2. The audio over headphone review is negative and whereas in the conclusion it is giving high marks.

could you check if the Bluetooth supports aptX codec and ant+ system? There are conflicting reports about the support for both of those things. Thanks.
