Really good looking phone from Alcatel and if priced right it can sell well. Alcatel is one of the brands I do like and what they do with designing their new line of phones is nice. Thumbs up. Now make a great Windows 10 device with this design and release it.

Anonymous, 22 Jul 2016It's not a full review, brah. The disappointing thing is that often when there is a "preview", there never actually is a full review - for example, the Lenovo Vibe X3. It seems to be that whenever a phone that claims to have great sound comes out, we never get a complete review. Even the HTC 10 review was initially incomplete in regards to screen tests.

And, according to CNET, the Idol 4s blows away most of the other phones in it's class as far as sound and specifically sound via "headphone output". Go and see for yourself. :)

I mean headphones and stuff like that are understandable, but stereo speakers on a phone? Does brain differentiate sounds which are 1cm apart that should go to the left ear or right? Of course not. Also, if you care about sound quality, you wouldn't use phone loudspeakers. You would get a normal speaker or headphones for that. Lastly, is it just me or you are liking your own comments?

This review is very incomplete with no audio test and loudspeaker test (specially when it has 3.6 watt speakers
