Music sound and removable battery are huge to me....waterproofing, showing off the iris scanner is important to somebody else. Dust proof? I've never heard of a phone failing to dust. I'm more likely to drop it and crack it than worry about dust.
In the end, these top end phones are all about what fits your personal needs, like when you buy anything like a laptop, vehicle, TV, etc etc.

That's my point, I will change the battery to a more powerful one, why? Because I can as it's removable. What happens when the Note 7 battery loses it's juice, doesn't hold a charge as long? It happens to every phone I've owned, it's a way for them to make you purchase a new phone rather than a new battery.

I have a V10, which, when I am describing it, I always say is "quirky yet powerful". The V20 seems like a logical evolution of the V10 even if it's perceived to come with an inherently weak battery. I can get a second battery and be ready to install it in moments when needed. So what if the V20 isn't waterproof; in over 16 years having had nearly 30 devices I have yet to drown one.

Did you come up with that joke all by yoursel... moreBest smartphones are optional because every phone has its pros and cons as example: Samsung phones has great cameras but some people don't like the edge display or rear glass back panel so they don't get them and apple phones have great performance but they are too expensive and have few bugs or don't like iOS and LG phones have removable batteries but they're not much good in software and UI and Motorola phones have great features on mid range phone and have durability and mods but they're not good at design or display quality and HTC phones have good speakers and build quality but they're slow in performance .
All of these are examples (some of these are not real ) for some brands so, it depends on what is your needs for your phone.

It was totally marketing disaster because the phone was simply slower than G2. Terrible battery life, poor contrast ratio, all these things came from overspecced resolution. And sometimes freezes - so it cannot do without pulling out battery as a instant solution.
Even my G3 got better after years of software updates. I really hope LG sort those things out on V20...

Practical purposes are given more importance. A bigger battery with stereo speakers will complete its perfection.

But on the point about X compact you are way wrong!SD650 is much more energy friendly than SD820 will ever be,which isnt that hard to imagine as it is 50% slower.
Anyway,thumbs down for LG's battery optimization
