Xiaomi Mi Mix is one of those rare jewels on the market that needs no introductions. An all-ceramic smartphone with an edge-to-edge screen is a device that draws all the attention. It’s a high-tech dream come true and it sure looks like a Sci-Fi movie prop.

AnonD-606096, 02 Dec 20164k screen is the most useless thing i can think off If we're talking about just phones, then yes. But on desktop, more space is often needed. I have 3440x1440 and it's not enough in some situations.

              big bezels. About the size of Note 5

                today recieved my girlfriend's new mi5s and you know what ? it's brilliant ! even better than my high expectations (due to brilliant reviews around the net) ! xiaomi are so good and they will keep this for the full 2017 as well

You can barely see the difference, the PPI on both is insane. To make a better use of the screen size Xiaomi must lower the DPI, increasing the PPI would do almost nothing...

                      Thankfully Android works equally well in many DPIs

It's the thing you use the most and screen size makes absolute wonders. After using this phone everything else seemed puny by comparison and it can still fit in most of my pockets...

                        It's like saying "after the novelty of comfort and speed fades on your BMW , you will see that it is an average car". Well actually no, it makes all other cars seem average by comparison.

                        Screen in 90% of what you use on a phone , how can its novelty ever wear off. Are someof you people even think before posting? The above post made absolutely no sense.

It allows me to have a tiny screen in the footprint of a giant phone. Innovative all around... see there is a reason why those two companies went down, and one of them was exactly how resistant to change they were...

                            Lol, Xiaomi along with Apple are the champs in support. My Mi2s is still getting updates and it's 4 years old.

                            No Google, Samsung or Sony phone ever got so much support, you got it backwards. I never buy western brands *because of* their shoddy support (2 years max).

                                    They should use premium camera and put it to bottom, also use 4k screen. That would be ideal specs for such limited availability. Just why is everyone missing this oportunity to out premium phablet now...? (not counting lg as v20 is not avail. in all countries)

                                      I´m waiting the review of the MI NOTE 2, could be better than this Mi MiX, i hope at least better camera and better screen.

                                        Now I really want this phone. Best screen size, absolutely great screen-to-body -ratio with nice design. :o Audio chip is also okay, camera can take decent enough pictures. Battery life is great. Overall, seems to be a really damn good phone. Needs a screen protector for real, but still - one of the most interesting phones for me in years! Bring this to EU, please. :)
