The only two good things about HTC is sense UI and built quality.

Cannot comprehend all the pathetic hate from anti-HTC fanboys...The SD810 was a brilliant design choice to warm you up in winter and ensure you can cook an omelette on the rear surface while stranded in the wild

Rokka, 22 Feb 2017XD I laughed at the 'sigh' in key feature...810 is a joke now..SD810 devices sold at 300 dollars may still seem reasonable, though the 65x series still seem more powerful, other than the slower RAM and even bigger 28nm processing.

That BoomSound tech won't last long. If they did like Samsung with their AdaptSound technology started with Lollipop, and the SoundAlive technology started with JellyBean... But now the hardware must be specific, and that's the risk.
By the way, did they lost a bet or what? The 810? The 653 would've been a smarter choice, but I guess they want the right to call it a flagship...

I don't get it. A chooses which cost the biggest losses to anyone and everyone involved with it, including Qualcomm itself, why on earth would HTC consider it for a phone which they are going to sell as premium offering in 2017?

SD810, I believe that HTC get it free from Qualcom after purchase some other chipset. No way to get success with invest in bad name chipset or they are smoking Gorilla Tobacco then getting high then making decision lol Even the half price of that, people will think again if they know history of SD810,

Once htc boasted themselves as Premium brand than anyone else and now it is fighting for survival and almost totally lost the brand value once it enjoyed. htc you have to learn a lot from OnePlus. Unjustifiable prices for phones with below par specs. OnePlus 3T128 gb with SD821 costs 35k in India and htc U Play with Helio P10 costs 39k. htc, you will not be getting any success with this kind of pricing and models. Even U Ultra is overpriced by atleast 10k.
