MWC 2017: LG G6 hands-on

25 February 2017
Out walks the flagship, in comes the bestseller - with the G6 LG isn’t striving for a top spot in the specs race, instead it’s aiming to appeal to a broader audience and trying to differentiate the Gs from the Vs in the lineup.

I like the look of the G6 I'm glad to see than have gone back to phablet size screen over the G5. But alittle disappointed on the specs its a bit last years in that regards plus no HIFI DAC for Europe that's really disappointing now it's just a question waiting for the Galaxy S8 see what's on the cards

Jasonmsb, 26 Feb 2017No LG V20 for europe and now no LG G6 with DAC for Europe. ... moreYou will be able to buy one from the Internet. You don't neccesary need to buy one from a shop, when you can order one from Ebay.

      lcd? pass...

Rimoti, 26 Feb 2017No IR, no laser autofocus, 13mpx camera? No thanks! I'm sta... moreThe S7, and the Iphone 7, or the Pixel all of them have 12 MP camera. You should understand not everything is about MP. Of course MP is important too, but not the most important. For example, a 12 MP camera phone can take a better quality picture than a phone with 23 MP for example.

Is it just me, or when you look at the back of the phone, it resembles an emoji :O

The brand new LG flagship has already lost in every benchmark test to one plus 3T.. Such a shame

so in the end "much ado about nothing"..its not designed to be a flagship..unless of course they want to copy samsung's 2 flagship style with a v series monster coming up.....alls well but what about the price?? considering a sd821 will it be priced lower?? and its not like its packing all the bells and whistles
i like the screen though, compared to the upcoming s8 where i think sammmy might have overdone it, considering how i'm already stuggling to take groupies properly on the s7 edge

Anonymous, 26 Feb 2017Good, but still too big. Looking forward to G6 Compact.Too big? Actually the straight opposite for me, wished for at least 6" or bigger.

No doubt an absolute Super Stunning phone that ticks almost all the boxes. LG listens to their customers and reads reviews.hehe. It's another stellar flagship this year and that's for sure.

Makes you wonder why LG even bothers to compete in the smartphone market. They should all be sacked at the management levels.

easily the most disappointing flagship from LG ever. Seriously, the only real new feature is screen ratio??? Looks like this will be the first LG flagship i won't even bother to try.

Oh No, personally, is the worst compared to G5, nothing new here, except waterproof. Sorry LG, not this year.

My S7 can do bokeh-style effect with a single camera. Its not anywhere close to real bokeh but its nice to have a simple software feature that allows the creation of fun effects. LG, shame on you. Don't be lazy, you can do better than S7 having two cameras - you can do same effect faster.

The fanboys arnt talking about removal batteries, i guess it wasn't important in the first place and it was their way to defend LG crap battery life.
