In real life, Galaxy s7 and P9 work the same. Even in terms of playing games.
In real life Mate 9 and S7 edge last two days of normal usage, and S7e is losing more power if you use heavier task compared to Mate 9
In real life all those benchmarks and battery statistic are useless, because they measure specific thing in specific time in specific environment, and "overall" statistic are just added together. Not measured by normal ways.
In real life all those devices you listed can work on battery with different results based on user and apps you use. so one time you can get 78h and other time you can get eve 90h
So overall, move your back part of the body, use those devices by yourself and THEN compare them. If you didnt do that, dont comment or at least dont assume that review is 100% accurate and true.

Samsung Galaxies always get good score in bechmarks but in real user experience they don't translate those scores. I will give you an example of S7 edge the battery battery is very good but with usage of around 3-6 months the battery become sh**t! Ask any real user with S7 edge they will confirm this. P9/plus were given low scores in battery test but it turns out battery enduarance is much better, Same case to Mate 9 please check out some real youtube battery test Mate 9 is just a beast! Stop reading this theory bechmarking too much! Watch real video reviews. Bythway I own a mate 9, and am always a believe of real user experience. Am knowledgable enough to always decide anything that I wanna buy with my real experience

Under audio it says disappointly quiet so let me translate that for you - it means when you are listening to music via headphones the volume is low!! P9, P9 plus also had same issue as do alot of other huawei/honor phones!!
secondly regarding battery standby huawei phones generally dont have excellent standby for the size of their batteries
examples
P9 3000mah - 75hours
P9 plus 3400mah - 69 hours
P10 3200mah - 75 hours (same as P9 incase you don't understand that)
Mate 9 4000mah - 82 hours
Mate 9 pro 4000mah - 87 hours
just to throw in examples from Samsung
S7 3000mah - 80 hours
S7 edge 3600mah - 98 hours exynos
S7 edge 3600mah - 87hours SD820
S7 edge 3600mah - 92 hours 7.0 update exynos
Note 7 3500mah - 90 hours

Total piece of pointless crap! Huawei P9 is the best!
Whati so good on it? Just because it is expensive only?
Where is stereo? Wjerecis waterproof? Proper usb 3.0 via type c? Absolutely no point buying fron P9!
