Nothing new. Same old sony. Same old failure. Equiped with marginally better(or worser because sony's firmware is full of bugs) camera and then there is new phone. Hola!

I have sony xz but the battery 🔋 after full charging that battery charge is low with in 4 hours. And phone is over heat 🔥. What is the solution?

Hands-on of XZ Premium. He compares the display to s7.
XZP has better colors. High brightness too.

Many youtube videos show XZ between 144-148 after being updated to nougat.
Lg G5 too.
Moto Z Force scores 150k.
XZ has 125k on PhoneArena tests. It is android 6.

Kd10, 08 Apr 2017I don't really care about Sony phones one way or the other,... moreErm...actually the S8 does use a newer Sony sensor, the imx330. The S7 series had the older imx260.
It's not yet widely know what the improvements are to the newer sensor, or at least I can't find any solid info to that effect, but still.....
I also believe that in markets where Samsung fit their own 'isocell' sensor that this too is a newer version of the equivalent in the S7.
So whilst the spec numbers haven't seemingly changed (mp, aperture, etc.) their is still newer technology at play.

Was eagerly waiting for xz premium with better camera. But after seeing the same old crappy camera performance in XZs, just can pray XZ premium camera fares better than this shit. But if xz premium is not better, still gonna buy it because: once a Sony, always a Sony

I don't really care about Sony phones one way or the other, but at least they did put a new and improved camera in the phone. Unlike some others, cough, Samsung, cough.

RaghavaZ, 08 Apr 2017There is no need to be afraid of AMOLEDs. Samsung provides ... moreModern amoled panels are certainly a lot less susceptible to 'burn in' than earlier examples.....but they are not completely immune.
I used to prefer an amoled display, the XZ changed that for me. When an LCD can look this good, I'll take it over amoled any day. They are rated for at least twice the longevity compared to amoled, and 'burn in' is not a concern.
I wouldn't say users of modern devices like say the S8 or such should be particularly worried about their screens no, but those issues haven't been completely eradicated yet.
