LG G6 has 12-bit HDR, but no 4K.
S8 has 10-bit that they call HDR10+, due to the inclusion of "dynamic metadata". Apparently that makes a big diffference, although of course they would say that. Remains to be seen, I guess.

Sony still have that Very Large Bezels?... moreTiny bezel mean smaller protection, smaller protection mean the damage risk is higher, so many years Samsung still making crap phone. I doubt their design would be more flaws without a proper bezel. Could Samsung stop making crap phones?
FYI, the Xperia XZ Premium become more durable, the top and bottom sides of the chassis are made entirely of metal. They are flat and diamond-cut along the edge to form a reflecting facet. The surface of the facets is double anodized, which makes the finish more durable, and contributes to some light-bending effects.
Keywords: Double Anodized. You can't find Samsung use this technology on their phone.

This phone went on pre order in the UK yesterday on the sony website.
Pretty good price too.
Problem is that it's now out of stock.
Folk won't buy a rubbish phone would they?
Or Sony just had like 50 handsets on pre order? Nope!
Great phone in my books and the specs speak more volumes. FACT!

Best... moreI mean I know that you're trolling but S8 has the best mobile screen par none according to display mate (the worldwide expert on screens).
Google Pixel has the best camera according to Dx0 mark (worldwide expert on cameras).
As for its design, it is the same for Sony for 5th years in a row (ever since that dreaded Xperia Z) ... So I don't think that you'd find many to agree that stale design is the best design . Especially since even Apple seems to leave behind the 6x% aspect ratio , yet Sony still uses it as if we live in early 2010s (for example Samsung tranceded the 70% mark more than 4 years ago w S4, Sony still struggling).
BTW S8 has many fatal mistakes too. Like over saturated photos, hard to use aspect ratio, low battery , same ram amount since the Note 5 days ... Etc.
...but this is a Sony thread. So suffice to say that this Sony is nothing spectacular. In fact it's one of the weakest ones for years.

But I was reading about "Professional mode" in accessability options(or was it screen options?) , from whitePaper, sth no other Xperia has.
But rev didnt offer an answer about it.
So if someone could inform us about that feature?

I said the capacity for VR is innovation, having many of the necessary components yet not the capacity is gimmick.
Now actually using VR and on which way is irrelevant, that's indeed part of the external tech.
But all that talk is irrelevant when the phone cannot show more than 2 million pixles (1080p) which is very much not suitable for VR... Hence why in once case 4k is a gimmick and on the other it isn't.
BTW 3D viewing is dead, but VR can indeed be used by viewing when one's screen is high res enough. Watching photos on high res and big screen and/or movies (Netflix VR) , maybe sports (for example NBA VR that they seem to have added lately), etc. VR viewing already seems very mature when it is not lack resolution and looks dotty AF.
