Still LG G5 is the best cameraphone and best smartphone overall.
Best cameraphone, because last year the GSMArena's camera shootout and blind test proves that G5 has better camera than S7 (but not by much). And S8 has the same camera as S7 (but with better processing). And don't forget that G6 has worse camera than G5. G6 has lower resolution and smaller sensor comared to G5 (in the G6's case the reduction in resolution doesn't bring any benefit, because it has the same pixel size).
Best smartphone overall, because G5 (and V20 which isn't available in Europe) is the only one smartphone in the world that has removable battery with at least Snapdragon 820 SoC. And it's the last smartphone in the world that has all these features: removable battery, IR blaster, FM Radio, 3.5mm jack, non-glass body, flat screen, Micro SD card slot. (Unfortunately the future phones don't/won't have these features.) LG ruined everything with the G6.

I like sharing arguements on facts with a mature person, not someone who doesn't see anything beyond their brand. Anyway a real reviewer and unbiased person will tell you there is no much difference between S7 edge camera and S8/S8+ at least from the reviews i have seen, and I will be Frank i haven't had hands-on on S8 family but i have used S7 edge and I appreciate it has a lovely camera. Am that guy who appreciates a good phone nomatter the brand because I appreciate technology, not wannabes like you whom even i doubt owns an S8

You are a blind Sony fan that doesn't see and doesn't want to see the evidence of the superiority of the Galaxy S8 comparatively with XZ Premium and more yet to XZs. Where you saw the major speed of the XZs compared with the Galaxy S8? Where are your resources? Will be the case that Sony have some chipset of their own like Samsung that has superiority or that can be compared with the later Exynos interaction?

It seems that it wasn't enough this comparison between the Galaxy S8 and the XZ Premium for you. If you don't believe in the results of the tests, worse for you, you don't know analyze which is the best smartphone between the two. Even Samsung has their own chipset with better results that any chipset of the present, this is not only in Android but in some tests comparatively with Apple A10 Fusion.

Even in handheld night shots XZ is IMO better. Just look at the tree leaves up close in nightshots and you can notice S8 overprocesssing makes a totall mess of it. XZ makes them more grainy but at least you can recognize leaves.

S8 score came right after U11 score, is it normal? And htc had the Dxomark score on its website in the HTC U11 product page from the launch day itself, even they are marketing it as so. Obviously Dxomark is paid. One plus is also making camera for its next phone with Dxomark. If they are just unbiased camera reviewers why they need to make camera with a company to earn money?don't be delusional, HTC U11 camera would be inferior to Xzp even. Can't come close to S8.
