I expected it to has a better main camera. Kind of disappointed. The sharpness of daylight photos isn't actially on pair with the G6' ones. And where are LL photo samples, GSM arena. But as always you are the best resorce for those who looking for complete handset reviews. Thank you for its cxompletness and HQ

Not even close to AMOLED quality. It's just LED backlight LCD display

Gosh, no AOD review, it is one of the most exciting features of the V30, I believe user can interact with the AOD straight from the screen.

Bigger screen, bigger phone, bigger cost. Means there should have been a bigger battery.
Yes it's a little thinner, but thats about the only possible excuse they have.
I don't care if the display and processor are more efficient. That's no excuse to charge more for less battery. And the V30 is the last to the S835 game so that's not much of an excuse either.

To me, the Qua... moreHi Jon, DACs does not naturally mean better sound quality, it is mostly used to drive higher impedance earphones or headphones. Most earphones out there for everyday-consumer does not require proper DAC to shine. While some requires, they are mostly the better and costlier ones. So the user are allowed to drive the impedance of almost every single earphones or headphones out there. Hope this is clear to you.

Battery endurance on web browsing is not enough for the current flagship smartphone. Hope to see the better life in final production firmware!

What about battery score with AOD on and you could have gone a little deeper with floating bar though I still say secondary screen was far superior

Not for that price, dear LG. You have ruined reputation due to permanent quality issues, lack of support and bug fixes. No UI updates (any other manufacturer updates UI in flagships, not LG). You are bad in coding (quality equalizer for lossless? You can't). You are B-grade OEM now, but wanna money like new iPhone. You don't deserve it. Fair cost of your phones not higher 600$. At least you don't spend money for updates like others, but so greedy.

I'm confused on the segment of the Quad DAC. To me, the Quad DAC is utterly superior to the onboard DAC of the phone, but the measurements paint it has more noise than the regular DAC. Those would be great trade-offs for more amplification and better sound quality.

Some are complaining about the battery life of v30 before, now they could be silent.
We know this is still not that great, but it is really not bad for a flagship. Because Mate9, u11, ip7plus ...got less battery life...

competes well head to head with S8+ and Note 8 but i would definitely buy this against an iphone 8 or X.

Is Slow motion 120 fps or 240 fps at 1080p or 720p?
