The true Pixel experience in a (slightly) smaller package and minus the display issues - this is the Google Pixel 2 in size Medium and not Extra Large.

You proudly remove them and call it the future then make adapters for what you removed, what do you call that? Backwards thinking

        Well, this phone has good camera, speakers and performance, but huge bezels, no 3.5 jack, mediocre battery life, and high price. No thanks.
        Also you forgot to mention in conclusion:
        Honor 9, XZ1C, Mi6, 1+5, Nokia 8. They are all cheaper than this pixel and can give you more.

          i was waiting for this phone and review, but i'll pass.
          no jack, meh design, meh battery, high price.
          i can get a used S8 for less and get more phone, and a camera that isnt far off, plus you can install the modded version.
          i can get a new XZ1C and get more phone, and you can also install the modded hdr cam, no wireless charging and fantastic battery life

            AnonD-34062, 06 Nov 2017Strange that GSMArena didn't include the Nokia 8 as an alte... moreor the htc u11? i really dont get it why comparing always with samsung s8, iphone 8 now Huawei?really?..when someone looking for a pixel phone they don't want IOS ecosystem. htc u11 is superior with s8 in almost all, less the bezeless overated feature..that if someone wants one..they will not look to pixel 2..they will look to xl version. kinda sad seeing so many bad reviews out there...it was really that bad.

                  Strange that GSMArena didn't include the Nokia 8 as an alternative. I think that would be a great comparison.

                  And to the GSMArena team, before you start complaining about bezels and rounded screen corners, please double-check the article's spelling and grammar before posting. That might be more important than nitpicking.

                      Good phone but no 3,5mm jack is a joke, especially with such bezels.

                      Adapters are not the solution, 3,5mm and BT live perfectly together.

                        Well, it's made by hTC, what else can you expect besides excellent quality as always. Google should have done with hTC even for the Pixel 2 XL version, and we would have had an even better phone.
