One is too much, one too little, be it for sharing or processing.

Zoom and look at the faces of the people in the most low light photos - they look like paintings not like photos. So I cannot give thumbs up, I am not impressed.

I am guessing the lack of OIS on the main camera maybe due to size. It does cause some serious issues with stabilisation in video.

The dynamic range seems good. The zoom is absolutely ground breaking. The colours look a little posterized in some places. The selfie camera is disappointing. It's absolutely hideous for a 24MP camera.

I am wondering whether all this could have been done as well or better with just 2 cameras, one 48MP (1/7 inch) and another 12MP (1/2.3 inch), both with OIS. Maybe the zoom range would be less, but the image resolution and detail may be better.

From the look of things, in some ways this looks like the future of smartphone and computational photography. Maybe someone does 4 instead of 3 cameras (never mind the Bad Luck of the number).

That camera is simply awesome, you can take long exposure shots without tripod and it even lacks ois and that twilight color is beautiful and how do you turn off AI

This phobe feels like the Galaxy S4 years ago. It simply has too many features in one phone... It's like "Hey, we added Super Slo-mo because we can!" Or "Why have two cameras? We have three because we can...or "Hey! We put a notch for no reason because we can!"

In daylight, pictures are good, in low light, that's great. But it's really soft, noise reduction is used quite heavily. There is not a lot of detail when zooming in.
This is still a great camera though.

I'm not a big fan of AI detection, it can dramatically change the picture look (like when detecting "greenery", it doesn't look natural). Thankfully it is easy to turn that off (although it is another step before taking the picture).

Ignore the haters. This is the best camera on a phone you can buy in the market right now. It's very good in daylight & simply destroys the competition in low-light. The telephoto cam also does an admirable job. Truly marvelous performance overall!

Just make sure you use the 10MP Super-Sampling mode & not the native 40MP mode. :)

It sounds impressive on paper but sucks in real life use, the screen resolution sounds great but in real life it's like 480p OR 720p screen
