What Are your thoughts on the headphone jack removal? I use wired headphones and am wondering whether to get this phone.

Yes, it's a simple addictive phone. Works seamlessly and the speed of the phone is top notch. Excellent camera. The only thing is think before buying this phone. Its a fantastic phone but are you worth to have this phone? If you are not an aggressive user and uses for basic stuff, try for simpler devices. At least others will get a chance to use this fantastic phone in their hand.

If one plus made their phones ip68 I feel they'd be the best all round phone by far on the market and I would buy that handset in a blink! Oxygen os is great and so. Is the charging, they just need an ip rating!

At least they are including the quick charger, that really is faster, the converter to 3.5, the case with the McLauren branding, the nice book and crystal with carbon fiber piece... 2GB RAM more, a more nice design... for $70 more, deal in my opinion. Just $700, that still less that the cheap iPhone XR. Great job OnePlus.

-Premium packaging and unb... moreDoes the community care about fighting for anti-obsolescence? I too am doing Planned Obsolescence like upgrading my PC parts 5 years from the time I bought it. I moved from i5 3570k and GTX 660 to a Ryzen 7 1700 and GTX 1080, and it's a drastic difference.
I don't care if the parts still work. As long as the part is 5 years old, I'll replace it for the sake of latest tech built in.
