The Samsung Galaxy A70 raises the bar within the new A series - a completely reimagined lineup to lead a full-scale war in the midrange kingdom. And the rule of the Chinese makers is very much threatened, having already seen what the A40 and A50 are capable of.

    they need something to differentiate the tiers. if the only difference between a midranger and a flagship would be a faster SoC (which is absolutely not a necessity if you don't need 4K video or 3D games) and ingress protection, very few would choose it over a midranger for double the price
    for a good camera, however, lots of people are willing to pay for the extra

        I bought one for my wife, she's been using it for a week.
        It's a nice phone, she love the big display for youtube, and the battery is superb!
        Much better than iphone battery.

        Also 6GB of RAM and that huge internal storage is more than enough to do almost anything on phone!

        Go get one! :)

                There are also phones that have ois but no eis at 4k like nokia 8.1, motorola g7 plus and motorola one vision

Been using a5 2016 for 3 years and just switched to a30 and immediately I realised the difference in terms of lacking the OIS in a30. I dont understand why manufacturers dont do OIS in many phones

So i believe that it doesn't have it like the other A phones. The only thing added from the S series is the Steady Shot software feature.

                                      I wonder is there a samsung phone outside S-series that have video stabilization at 4k?
                                      And any phone under 500 dolar that have video stabilization at 4k beside pixel 1 and 2?
