Anonymous, 08 Jan 2020I bought redmi note 8 pro in last month every thing working... moreVideos are tooo sharp. Cant watch YouTube videos even in 480p way too sharp. Won't have the natural feeling its artificial. I downloaded 720p hd video and played. Its blurry every where. Every one reported this problem and they didnt fix this bug yet.... This was a problem from miui10 and its 11 now. Still no fix..

For me, its a perfect smartphone for daily use and a little more. < my opinion and experience!

The Xaomi Redmi Note 8 Pro is by far the best phone I have EVER had. I bought the 6 gb 64 gb version and couldn't be happier! It has everything you could possibly want in a cellphone for about $220 when I got it. It's even a little cheaper now on Amazon. That's the only way I would buy it, so if anything seemed unsurmountable I would just send it back. Muiu takes getting used to but if I can do it anybody can. You just really can't beat this for a cell phone. You are getting a cellphone that's equal to the Samsung Galaxy 9 for only $220. BUY IT AS SOON AS YOU CAN!!!

Best phone for battery, Game, price. The number of camera don't mean quality ( see google pixel ) and i think i ll not expect with this phone i buy on november that OS and core version update with mediatek ll have an update ( android Q 10 expected in december but nothing occur ...we are 4 january) ......it is a daily use telephone ( agenda, calendar, schedule, mail , sms., facebook, whatapp....youtube ..) .Forget audio and canera photo .....

Kako, 31 Dec 2019Does this phone support OTG? Otg is by default support by any usb like protocol ( micro usb and USB-C connector.
I test with DVB-T+FM+DAB (820t2 & SDR) and wavesink plus. The price in the review is compare to 2018 flagship . I i have to choose again i ll choose a 2018 flagship snapdragon 845 ( 900 € drop to 300) instead a RMN8 pro at 250 € with exotic graphic card ( perhaps no driver update or no android 10 ) . I was thinking choose a USB-C ll support desktop mode ( a kind of samsung dex mode) but not since usb like is 2.0 . android 10 has a limited hidden desktop mode and xiaomi low range phone like note 7 ll have android 10 because has a qualcomm snapdragon cpu . Mediatek has 5g technology ( not apple ......) so are not newbies and they can if they want publish an update with new OS/core. But update is most of the time available for mid or high price phone . The RMN8 pro is a low price phone so no OS or core update compare to 2018 flagship......for the same price ...buy 2018 flagship not low phone 2019 phone

Unfortunately, the phone cannot record calls, as in previous Xiaomi models. This is a serious disadvantage for Xiaomi.

The Phone is great in general and the camera is wery good!
